Fabulous service. From diagnostics and sales with Manny to installation of a new tankless heater the next day! The techs (John, Eric, and Javi) were all excellent. They were careful taking things in and out, attention to every detail (even keeping the garage door closed at all times to reduce the draft in the house), cleaned up everything before leaving, and John kept us posted if everything they were working on throughout the day. Excellent service and this is the reason this is our third replacement project with Excellent Air. They offer quality work, excellent communication, and professionalism. I will gladly recommend Excellent air heating & cooling system to anyone.

Nate came to my Moms house to clean and check furnace. He was efficient and friendly which made my Mom more comfortable. Nate even pointed out where the filter and a hose hookup was on my Mother’s dehumidifier when he saw me carrying it to empty it. Thank you, so helpful.

I had mini splits installed in my home on 7/30 and that day the temperature was 90 degrees. My cape home was a little over 80 degrees inside that day. The guys from Excellent Air worked all day outside and with no complaints. Super professional and polite!! They got the job done and they did an amazing work with the installation ! You can see the job was not rushed even with working under high heat. Great work and service.

The moment the units were first turned on.. within 1-2 hours the house temperature dropped immensely! From 80 to 69! I was shocked and excited.

It’s now a week since my mini splits have been installed and the inside of my house feels between 68-70 degrees!! I cannot believe how amazing and powerful these units are. No more portable ac units.. no more loud sound! I am super happy and my doggies are even more happier. We are all now sleeping comfortably. 🙏🏽

To be perfectly honest, so happy that Phil from Reimer was able to fix my electric problem that other licensed electricians attempted and failed. Phil was professional, finished in under an hour. No mess, no fuss, just a great job. I will use Reimer home services again.

Service Tech was so personable and nice. It was Christmas Eve and he did not rush through things but took his time and answered all our questions & worked to find the best solution for our problem.

We bought this house a couple of years ago and the central air that was already here was pretty old - I think Willis Carrier himself installed it - Anyway, it died right before the end of last summer and left us sweltering. We decided to wait until after the winter or until the economy improved to shop around for a new unit. We called a few places and got a couple of quotes, but they all felt so impersonal. Lo and behold! My wife ran across Excellent Air Heating & Cooling - a completely local company! (Big ups from me) so we gave them a call to get an estimate. Greg dropped by the next morning and looked at our ancient system and we went over our options for a new system. Now, since we know at the time of writing this what the economy looks like, we know that any bigger ticket item is a stretch for a middle-class family, but Greg offered us reasonable options for financing and a lot of bang for our buck. We were approved for financing right away and they came and installed the new system the next morning. I can't believe we ever put this off, but I'm so glad we waited. The installers were both very respectable and it seems like everyone involved with this company is very personable. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for the service we received!

Technicians Nestor and Nick, along with Devinn we’re in my home to evaluate and give feedback of possible installation of a new on-demand tankless water heater. They were professional and honest. I would recommend Reimer.

Reimer has provided us with great service! I would like to recognize Neil Curran as a great tech that has provided us great service twice. He does a thorough check and always takes the time to go over his findings.

The Technician Mike Kuchey came out and installed two ceiling lights and light switches with an overhead electrical outlet in the garage ceiling. His workmanship was excellent and all works properly. I definitely reccommend Reimer.

Todd did an excellent job with our yearly cleaning and maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Top notch service rep.

The technician, Ryan was extremely pleasant-arrived the day I called -identified the issue and a few options for repair. Ryan went to work with the repair, having to leave and pick up a part, installed it ,and had the heat in my home back quickly. His manner was calm, helpful and knowledgeable , a definite asset to the Reimer team!

Service was needed to heating system due to a power surge that was caused by a transformer fire Reimer came in and performed an evaluation of the unit the same day that I called them The technician explained what he did and provided a detailed explanation of what the issue was and what would be needed to repair the system along with a quote for the repair As it was late in the day parts would not be available until the next morning The technician called me in the morning and returned to complete the work
Pricing was fair and the service was very satisfactory
I would highly recommend Reimer to my family friends and neighbors

Corey is an excellent technician. He was very personable and gave me a lot of information. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him!

Joe Strange came to our house today for annual inspection of furnace. Very friendly and very professional. He took photos of areas of concern and explained what was involved. Also due to the age of the unit, he gave me answers to my questions about options of a replacement unit when needed . Very thorough in all areas.

Jeff and John were awesome. I had an install for a new furnace and it is working wonderfully. I love it. They were both very courteous and timely. Nate Bellis was very polite and professional regarding the follow-up due to moisture dripping from the humidifier after the new filter was installed with the new furnace installation recently. He answered more questions that we had regarding our new furnace. He was very helpful!

Nick was awesome! Unfortunately he was not able to clear the plumbing issue we had but he came right out & helped us with some valuable info that we surely needed, guiding us further in the right direction. Thank you!!

We had an issue with our sub pump, not working and they were able to come the next day and fix it without a problem. Our service technician was very friendly and efficient.
