Endless Selection & knowledgeable staff.

Great selection and knowledgeable staff. Good prices as well. Tile, cabinets, faucets, showers...everything you need to remodel a bathroom or kitchen.

Have been here a couple of times. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've gone in and bought things as tiny as 13 cents and still received great help and service. It also has a showroom where you can see different bathroom and kitchen designs.

I'm a truck driver and today was my first delivery here. This place is absolutely amazing. Inside is organized like a pharmacy. Staff is so friendly. They unloaded me immediately. Although this place is located in to the forest is packed with customers and they really deserves excellent business . So, is not like Location, location, location. This guys proved the opposite. Keep selling

Customer Service above and beyond. I had purchased a shower assembly from Best Plumbing 10 years ago. When an issue came up with the assembly, Dave DiPietro at Best Plumbing went above and beyond to solve the issue, even though the manufacturer had previously discontinued the assembly. Dave worked hard to find a solution that would save us ripping out tile. I wish every store took customer needs into account like Best Plumbing and Dave did.

Everyone at the Somers location was great to deal with. Special shout out to David DiPietro, the salesperson who was SO knowledgeable and responsive. Great to deal with in person, as well as by phone & email.

I’m a truck driver, and I recommend that anyone coming here for a delivery arrive at 7:30 a.m., because they won’t attend you until 8:00 a.m. The place is very small—there’s no room to turn around with a 53-foot trailer, and the doors won’t be available until 8:00 a.m.

Another thing: the place is closed behind a gate all night until 6:00 a.m. Also, there is no overnight parking.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff

Sydnee really helped me out in a crisis. Miscommunication with our plumber was going to put us over budget. Sydnee was fast, efficient, and is five star. The four star is for the return process. I was told at the warehouse it would be back on my credit card, when in fact it was store credit, which created an issue. Overall, recommend to use. Thank you, Sydnee especially.

Im a trucker and here to drop my load off i am sad that we cant sleep on property but i will say about the receiving team they unloaded me quick n was very polite

Unfortunately they are the only game in town but they never have anything in stock even simple parts things like that is what forces the contractor and everyday person to go to big box stores

My last negative review seems to have been taken down. Further indications of lack of professionalism and reinforces my perception. Never shopping here again.

Horrible shopping experience and I would not recommend. After wasting nearly 2 hours of my time to later return an item within 24 hours I was charged with $30 “handling” fee. Better luck somewhere else in my opinion.

Went in to the showroom hoping to get assistance picking a new set of bathroom hardware. I have very specific requirements for the shower head and was in a hurry. I had to approach the saleswoman (who was on the phone at her desk) and ask for her assistance. After I described my needs for a hand held shower head with strong pressure, she told me to
look at the sink faucets since all of them had showers to match (I thought I wanted a shower???? )Then we started to look at showers on-line. After being surley, and contradicting me several times, I decided she was not going to help me find what I need, and I will not be purchasing a shower head from your company despite the fact that I have the most lovely tiles I bought from you years ago in Mt. Kisco.

I went in to buy an anchor kit for a Kohler toilet seat. It was the first time I had been there. They are in my town and I'd rather give my business to a local store. The problem is that Best Plumbing and many other plumbing supply stores and electrical supply stores charge home owners list price on everything. They don't like dealing with home owners or do it your selfers so they take the opportunity to bang you on the price. They wanted $37 for the same kit that sells for $24 on Amazon. That is an apples to apples comparison!
I won't be going back there again!
