As a long-time customer of Arndt heating I've always been pleased with the services provided. Zac arrived on time for the scheduled cleaning and performed the service in an efficient manner. I was very pleased!

Super responsive. Less than 1.5 hours
from initial call to truck in the drive. Jason gave us two options to solve the problem. One was the expensive and immediate route, and the other was a work around to keep us in heat until the far less expensive solution was available. Totally awesome guy. This family owned business has earned my business moving forward. Will recommend to anyone who asks. Probably some that don't as well.

Jasen and Liam arrived on time and promptly went to work. They explained everything that they were going to do and were very thorough. It was unbelievable the amount of dirt and debris they removed from our ductwork. I would highly recommend them based on the quality of the work and price.

Our heat stopped working and we have a 5 month old and two dogs. I called around everywhere and they couldn’t get us in until the end of October which is not possible for us. I reached out to Arndt heating and cooling because they were recommend on Facebook. They came the SAME day. Jasen had been working since the early morning and still made us his last stop around 6:45-7pm. He was able to fix it right there and had all of the parts needed. I cannot recommend them enough. We will be using in the future for any heating and cooling things we encounter!

Jasen has provided our heating service since 2010. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism has always been unsurpassable. You can rest, assured that whatever job he does , it will be done correctly and efficiently! I would highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for quality !

Arndt Heating and Cooling not only had the best price but was on time, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Jay came out to our house, and he was exceptional. His knowledge and expertise were evident from the moment he arrived. Jay was efficient, quickly diagnosing the furnace issue and providing a clear solution that another company recently misdiagnosed. He was also incredibly helpful, patiently answering all of my questions and ensuring I understood every step of the process. Zach was terrific. Prompt, helpful, courteous, honest, and professional. In fact, this was a good experience, from beginning to end. The woman who took our information and scheduled the service appointment was helpful and efficient. The appointment (with Zach) went off without a hitch. I'm sold. Follow up: We purchased a new HVAC system, and Jason installed it. He was terrific. Professional, careful, and friendly. Explained everything, and did a fantastic job, from sales, to communication, to installation, to cleanup. The new AC system is working great. I'd definitely recommend Arndt for all heating and cooling needs.

I have had an issue with the furnace sporadically going out. Zack listened to the problem and worked to achieve a solution. Zack explained everything to me and kept me informed thru out the cleaning. I had no heat for 3 weeks finally decide to call somebody Arndt Heating and cooling was on top of the list of my choices due to rating and professionalism. They're very professional called me after hours and early the next day to let me know and put my mind at ease so I'll have heat soon that I was going to get a furnace and they take care of Heat Program that's so I went through very quick very respectful and very professional my furnace was put in in 3 hours or less it was unbelievable it came first thing in the morning I would recommend them to anybody five stars

My husband and I contacted this company from a finding on Google for emergency service. The customer service was excellent! Very polite and exact! Called and texted before arrival, they were punctual! They were at our home within 2 hours from our initial call for assistance. Jason, the repair guy fixed our furnace in no time. He was very knowledgeable! He talked with my husband through out the process so we'd know the exact problem. Jason was very nice too. After he finished working he sat with our family and talked with us until the house warmed up just to make sure his job was fully complete and functioning properly! I definitely recommend this company! All my future maintenance and repairs will be with Arndt Heating and cooling! Thank you 😊
