Extremely happy with the service I received, the issue of faulty freezer draw and broken heating wire was quickly identified and received a detailed explanation exactly what was wrong. Ben the technician was great he fixed the issues quickly and cleanly and was extremely professional. I highly recommend!

Ben brought by 20+ year old Subzero fridge back to life. For years, I struggled with my fridge - not sure when it would break down. Ben was the first technician who could correctly diagnose my issue and make repairs that last. He's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and stands by his work. High recommended Ben. We had a faulty compressor on our SubZero unit and it was running very hot. Ben gave us instructions on how to control the heat by phone and arrived the next day, fully explained the issue, resolution, and cost. Repaired the unit perfectly and at a very reasonable cost.
