Robert came out to give a fair estimate the same day we called. We set up a date for a week later. The day before, he called to confirm the appointment. He showed up exactly the time he said he would. He did a neat job and took away the old gutters. I would recommend and use him again.

I have been using Robert for years now and will continue to do so. He is very professional, always on time and does a fantastic job cleaning my gutters. He even traveled to Central New Jersey and installed gutter guards for me that have saved me tons of money in constant gutter cleaning. Recently cleaned my gutters and checked the gutter guards and removed roof algae for me all for one reasonable price. There should be more like him. .I will continue to keep using him and have referred him to friends who were equally happy with his work.

Gutter Boy, Robert, quoted my the best price on replacing all gutters and leaders. Very professional, on time, excellent communication, respectful. He treats the job and your house as if it was his job, or his house. I was watching him work and I was ok with him taking a short cut, (it was my idea) he said “no, that’s not how I work”.

Guess there's a reason for a 3.3 rating ,The guys is UNRELIABLE, he doesn't show up to his appointments it happened to m e & my sister in law ,,....dead beat !

So this guy Rob came recommended a while back when I lived in Grant City. Needed a roof bad. Now maybe he's a great gutter guy, but a roofer? No way. I think he was called Roofer Boy at this time. After he laid my roof, it leaked. Called and called to get him to come back. Crickets. Eventually he did call back and gave us an excuse his mother died. Maybe she did. Who knows. He said he'd be back. Never came back. Paid good money to do the roof and would have expected he'd make it right. Eventually called another company to come out and when they took a look it turns out the leaking roof was due to improperly laid shingles... seams way to close to each other so I had to have half the roof pulled and relaid. This was quite some time ago but if I were considering this guy, I'd move on.

Made an appointment 6 months ago, he called and stated that his truck broke down and he would still try to make it once he gets his truck fixed. He did not call nor come. Moving forward, 6 months later I contacted him again, he gave me an early appointment, stating that I would be his first customer for the day. Again no call and no show. He appears to be unprofessional and signs that I need to be happy he never showed and move on.
