We paid for a service that was supposed to be performed by this company but were left without contact to arrange it.

1 STAR. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I CALLED FOR A NEW AC/HEAT UNIT AND WAS CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY - THE INSTALLER DISAPPEARED BEFORE WORK WAS DONE.

We hired a home services company through Angies List for cleaning and inspection of our furnace. Nick arrived, inspected the equipment, and found an issue with ventilation. He suggested new tubing at $820, but after crediting back my Angies List payment, that's the price we paid.

The appointments were consistently rescheduled to the next day without any regard for the scheduled time. The installer claimed we had a 3-year warranty, which seems dubious given how poorly he performed.

After the work was completed, our ventilation/exhaust situation worsened. Two attempts by the installer to fix the issue failed, and they promised to return the following day but never showed up.

I left numerous messages with the answering service for someone to contact me about my exhaust problem, but it seemed like no one would respond unless the owner initiated a call. This lack of communication was frustrating.

The constant fumes from the furnace made our home unbearable - we'd have to turn it off frequently just to breathe. The blackened walls and ceiling throughout the house were a testament to the issue. Now, I'm considering replacing the furnace altogether.

Based on my experience, I'd advise others to steer clear of this company. They seem promising at first but leave you high and dry if anything goes wrong. It's simply not worth the hassle they cause.
