I paid around $1000 for multiple repairs and maintenance visits, but eventually, the system gave up completely. Sal, who seems to be the only point of contact at the company, told me that two parts needed to be replaced under warranty with Mitsubishi.

However, things took a turn for the worse when he said those parts had to be charged to my credit card first. He explained that they would pick up the old parts, install them, box them up, and then complete the warranty paperwork before crediting me back once it was processed. I found scheduling the work to be frustrating due to what appeared to be his lack of availability or willingness to accommodate our schedules.

At times, he seemed cooperative, but other times, he was dismissive or unresponsive. When I asked if certain dates were available in August, he said we'd have to wait 2-4 weeks for a slot.
