Great company. I hired a plumber who couldn’t get the job done. Lesson learned. I called IR Plumbing because I was in need of finishing a job. This company came in and did in one week the same amount of work the previous company did in 3 months. Great experience, I will be using them for all my jobs.

Saturday I had a sewer emergency; through HomeAdvisor I found IR Plumbing. Ian, the technician, was here within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was done in less than an hour. He was great; he even cleaned up at the end! What a relief! I highly recommend the company and him.

I called on a holiday morning, with a backed up tub, with 5 people needing to shower. A live person picked up the phone when I called, dispatched help with in the hour. could not be more pleased, even the price was right, I even tipped the guy who came.

I’ve also had a problem with my sewer backing up and every time I called a plumbing company they unclogged it but it would come back the next day. I decided to call this company and give them a try , best decision I’ve made so far , had my main sewer line unclogged and it hasn’t backed up since . Thank you !
