Response was excellent returned my inquiry and a scheduled a crew to arrive in a short time crew notified me when they were on the way upon arrival they informed me of the work to be performed and the amount of time to complete work crew was respectful and knowledgeable of the work being performed, after completing the work they cleaned the area they were very continuous would definitely recommend Pipe Rite Corporation for any other plumbing situation.

Tom was very professional and helpful in solving our plumbing problems. We recommend them highly!

Dave and the guys have been nothing but a pleasure to work with during my experiences with them. They are responsive, diligent, and overall just care about the product they provide in their work. I would refer and highly recommend PipeRite to anyone that has plumbing needs in the future.

David is great and very professional. He does a great job of keeping the customer up to date with construction progress. He helps to work through issues that Con Ed or the City impedes. And the work is very well done. No issues with his work after it is done. We recommend them for gas and plumbing jobs.

This is just an an opinion from myself in regards to Mr Rosenkratz....If you had them repair the bath and it took you 2 months to realize you had another problem, then yes that is a seperate issue. Sir your not talking a matter of days, your talking months. When you go to a Dr. or a lawyer, you pay either way. I ask yuo whats the difference? I am sure they warrantied the work they had done. By the way I have no affiliation with this company.

I would never use these people ever again. I called them in May to fix a leak coming from my bathroom spout. In less than 3 weeks, water was dripping from the spout. I called to complain and they came to look at it. They told me it was a new problem and it would cost me more money to open up the wall and change the threads. Why didn't they see this when they originally came here? They changed the washers (both hot and cold) on both sides and told me the problem was solved. 2 months later, I still have water dripping and when I turn the middle washer all the way to bath --I hear running water. They charged me $228.00 and I still have a problem two months later. Would never use them again for any plumbing emergencies.

There were two Pipe Rite trucks in Harlem on 116th Street and one of the employees decided to discard their trash in the street. Train your employees to be respectful of the neighborhoods that they work in.

I called to get a quote for unclogging a toilet, and I think $500 is crazy. It’s not the main sewer or line — this is ridiculous.

We were never informed that there was a flat fee for diagnostic which was $225. There was nothing that needed to be fixed and plumber spent less than 10 min. Very unreasonable. Not happy.
