John came to our house at the time he scheduled and was able to give me a clear explanation of what could be the issue with our bathroom sink. He fixed it quickly and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend using Elite Plumbing and Drain.

Needed a hot water tank replacement this weekend. John and team were over within the hour and completed the job in short order. John and his apprentice did a great job in repairing a leak by replacing a valve from the 1960's when the building was built. They had to cut into the wall to replace the valve but John kept me informed of every step he is taking before proceeding. I would definitely hire him again for any plumping needs.

Needed an old cast iron pipe replaced due to a crack. Put in a request to Elite and received a call back the same day. John was very professional and honest about the process. Hired him for the job and on the day of he was on time and courteous. He did a great job with the pipe replacement and I would happily hire him again.

John of Elite Plumbing did an excellent job. Our homes pipes had torn pipes all over due to freezing. John and his team worked relentlessly and professionally in getting the whole home back in order. He did such a great job he even installed the indirect boiler. He understands his profession and he works with his clients needs. Did i mention that his work is high quality? I would 100% recommend Elite Plumbing to anyone!

Called on a Saturday morning regarding my water heater. John responded immediately and came to install a new water heater in record time. This was my first time using him but I’m sure it won’t be the last. I have never had a plumber responded this quickly. He was professional and cleaned up the basement area. I was more than impressed . Thanks again to John and the staff at Elite. So grateful.

Elite Plumbing replaced my furnace in October, and was great to work with. John is very professional and courteous, and took the time to make sure our home was as clean as it was before they entered. They were able to schedule the service within a reasonable time frame, and worked with me to get the job done on schedule. The cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. We came home from a weekend away to our boiler leaking and overpressurized. John was not only responsive and professional, but was transparent about his time and stayed in touch with us about when he could address our issue. He explained every step to us in lay terms and gave us some tips on how to watch for future issues. Can't recommend him enough as a local resource!

John removed an old leaking dishwasher, consulted with me about issues involved and installed the new dishwasher that I ordered one and had delivered to my house. John has an answering service and is very prompt and professional about answering calls. He is very knowledgeable and is thorough and efficient. I was looking for a go-to plumber . and I think John will be it.

Very non-courteous. After calling in last night and setting up an appointment, no one called up the whole day. On 2nd call they found my report and said the technician will call you. The technician called me up fron no caller Id number and says “we do not serve NJ clients” upon asking why was I setup with the appointment , oh those are receptionist they don’t know anything. Be careful, better off setting an appointment with other people who care about their job and their own people.
