Diego, of Nova Flooring, did a terrific job removing the old carpet and installing the new floors. They were responsive, punctual, competent, as well as friendly and able to handle all the small issues that arose. It was a pleasure to work with them and I highly, unequivocally recommend them.

Our whole experience was fantastic. Diego came and gave us a very reasonable estimate on Saturday and started the project on Monday. Our floors looked terrible and within 3 days they look AMAZING! I can’t believe they’re the same floors! I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

We initially contacted Diego to install hard wood floors. But when Diego came to give us an estimate, he listened to what we wanted, looked at our house, and found hard wood floors under layers of carpet and tiles, which was what we were hoping for all along. Diego really knew his work, and saved us time and money by restoring our 1920's-era hardwood floors. His team were professional, responsible, and careful. The first thing that sold me was the responsiveness Diego provided. Very patient and transparent as to what could be done. He didn't try to up sell.

Diego and his team did a fabulous job replacing existing floors and laying down all new hardwood floors in our new townhouse! He gave us quotes for different types of jobs: replace with natural hardwood, replace with engineered hardwood and refinish existing wood. He laid out the pros and cons of doing each and the difference in cost! We hired him and he proved to be knowledgeable, reliable and reasonably priced! The floors look great and we’re glad we called Nova! I would recommend him to others and I would use him again in the future! Thanks a million!

We installed white oak flooring in two bedrooms and the end result was high quality, neat, and most importantly, made my wife happy. Diego was transparent and checked in with us frequently if there was any issue. He gave us options, explained them clearly, and advised on the pros/cons of each.
