Innovative Mechanical recently installed a Unico system in my 100 year old house. I am very pleased. Bill Brown gave me a fair price, the installers were courteous & professional, and Dave helped answer lots of questions.

They installed a $20k hyper heat mini split system for our business rated for negative 7 degrees outside. Was over 12 degrees outside and the system stopped working for over 6 weeks. I had to use electric heaters to keep my business running costing me thousands of dollars in heaters and electric. They came out to check the system, the tech said it's because it's to cold outside and then proceeded to charge us $600 just to come out and tell us it's to cold outside for it to work and to cold for him to want to check the fluid levels.
