I have been using Advanced Sewer since 1998 and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are prompt, fairly priced and have always done an outstanding job. Services I have used are unclogging main drain, utility, kitchen, bathroom sinks and tub. They also installed a 2nd floor toilet several years ago without any issues. Work is backed up with guarantee; depending on the job done.

I had used Advanced 3 or 4 times through the years for the sewer line on my house and they were always nice guys. They are my go-to for plumbing now. I have recently needed some regular plumbing jobs done and the prices were great, the quality of the work is great and they have been on time and great to deal with. Highly recommended.

From scheduling to finishing the job I had a great experience. They arrived within the time window stated, and were able to identify and fix my drain issue quickly and for a fair price. They were super kind and professional and explained what the problem was.

I had 2 clogged downspouts so I called a plumber but he couldn’t do the work so he recommended Advance Sewer & Drain. I called them on a Monday (after hours) then received a call the next morning saying they could come out the same day. Not even 2 hours later Sean from Advanced was here. He cleared my clogged downspouts and assessed the other 2. Sean had great manners and was so professional. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the price! Nice work 😊

Water began shooting out of my hot water tank as I was leaving for work this morning. Panicked, I called Advanced Sewer. Although I was frantic on the phone, Kate was calmly and professionally able to help me. She quickly got a technician on the phone who efficiently guided me through being able to turn off the water. Once that was done, Kate was able to schedule someone to come to my house to fix the problem that day. Frank, the technician I spoke with one the phone, arrived at the promised time and quoted me a price for the work. My new water tank was installed and all the trash was removed from my basement. Within a few hours of Frank’s arrival, my hot water was back! I would definitely recommend Advanced Sewer!

Troy came out quickly and with great persistence attacked my problem. When we ran over the initial time estimate, he presented me with my options and laid out some pros and cons, but let me decide. Ultimately, with just a little more time he was able to clear my blockage and I appreciated the info he gave that led me to that decision.

We had an issue where we couldn't have a new washing machine installed because of the existing plumbing connections. Tony came the the same day we called and was knowledgeable, kind, and polite. Excellent experience! Had a backup in laundry sink that Troy immediately identified as a clog in the auxiliary line. He snaked and cleaned the pipe to the main line and flushed it well--problem solved. It was also considerably less than I paid one of the bigger companies a few weeks ago to snake my bathroom sink.
I will definitely call them again.
