Frank has great people working for him.
Tom D., Tyler G., & Leo F. didn't let the snow and freezing weather slow them down. They know exactly what to do an and how to do it. They worked fast and good. Challenging work that I expected to take a week was done in 2 days! Thank you all.

We had a leak in our main sewer line. Franks Mr Plumber came out and assed the situation. Every employee was extremely professional, and very knowledgeable!! Liam R, Frank S and Ryan R performed the work and did an outstanding job! I do want to say thanks to Franks!! Highly recommended!!

Kyle and Jackson were both very professional, friendly and thorough! Brian was also great to work with and all three of them were very patient in explaining the situation, so I could make the best decision possible. Would highly recommend them!

My water heater went out 3 times in a 2 week period. After the 3rd time I realized I should have it looked at. I called several plumbers and Frank's was able to get here the same day. Wilson checked it out and advised I should replace it since it was 12 years old and the fittings were corroded. I decided which one I wanted and he had it installed very quickly.

Wilson was very friendly and professional and did a terrific job. I'm a very happy customer.

Seth Silvashy was my technician from Frank’s Mr. Plumber tonight, and I cannot tell you what a fabulous job he did getting my blockage fixed. Not only that, he was so personable, and so funny, like you’d known him forever. If I had running water and was able to cook dinner, I would’ve sat him down at my table. He was seriously that nice. I cannot recommend him or this company enough, as we have used them for my fathers house as well. But Seth, I will be asking for personally.

Shoutout to my boy Omar at All Pro Plumbing for doing an amazing job. He’s professional, hardworking, and really knows what he’s doing. Showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right the first time. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend asking for Omar if you need plumbing work done.

My plumber Al today was amazing! This is the first time using Mr. Franks and I am very impress with the install of my new water heater. The pricing was very comparable and the service impeccable! Al was so informative and asked me multiple times if I have any questions. He was very very thorough and neat! Cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!

We were in a pinch and urgently needed a new hot water tank. Frank’s was able to send someone over on the same day to help us out, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Jason was our technician and he was professional, honest, and did incredible work. He was extremely thorough and easy to work from start to finish. Shane and Jackson were excellent. They knew their stuff and were good about explaining what was wrong and how they were going to fix the problem. When one thing didn’t work they tried another option to solve the problem. Happy with their work. We also had a good conversation the whole time. Very nice guys!

My basement had been flooding with sewage and water for weeks. My landlord sent many other guys here who just couldn't get the job done, leaving my basement worse than before. I suggested he call Frank's. I pass them everyday when I go to work and stop for my coffee. I read their reviews and I was all in! The guys that came out were Kyle and Aidan and I was so impressed with not only how professional they were but how sweet they were. They knew what they were doing and asked me questions but they also kept me in the loop of everything. They explained everything they were doing and I didn't feel like I was in the dark. I don't much about plumbing but they made sure to always tell me what was going on. Even though I'm just the tenant, they still treated me with so much kindness and courtesy. They didn't come to just "do their job". These are the kinds of guys you want working in your home. The first thing Aidan was ask if I wanted them to put on shoe covers because I have carpet. Little things like that matter. They were so respectful. When they thought they hit a snag and the issue couldn't be fixed, they kept trying! Talk about great service. Kyle even explained that someone would be coming back to check out their work with a camera in the pipes, free of charge. Just to make sure everything is alright. I'd recommend this company to ANYONE. You want the job done right the FIRST time? you want guys who are professional and courteous? You want the guarantee of a job done well? David was excellent and so easy to work with. I needed some cracks filled before selling my home and the guys were fast, clean, and professional. Great work. I recommend Franks over and over again.

Bryan Randall came out did an estimate with a smile and speed. Before I knew it I was scheduling service to have my main water shut off replaced and he was here today again with a smile and kindness. He was out in this extreme cold to get to my shut off in the driveway and never once did he get upset or frustrated. Very kind man who clearly loves his job. Absolutely pleased with his service, speed, cleanliness, and knowledge. He explained his steps along the way and went over everything after. Service was top notch! 😃😃 Thank you for all you do! Frank's Mr Plumber is the man for the job, I repeat Frank's Mr Plumber is the man for the job, I am so please with the job they did, my basement was like a swimming pool with water reaching to my shinbone, we were able to use a pump to get the water out, but we couldn't figure out what was causing the water to keep coming up the drain pipe. But when Nathan came, the drain was up and running again, I felt so relief, thank you so much. Now Frank's Mr Plumber is going to be my go to Plumber.

My entire experience with Frank's Mr. Plumber was great. Their estimator, Kevin L. was prompt and informative. The installation team, Leo F. and Jake D. were highly skilled and very efficient. All personnel were courteous, professional and friendly. Frank's Mr. Plumber's price was fair and even lower than pricing from some of the competition. I recommend them without reservation.

I had called several companies, including one that was a huge franchise, that either canceled the appointment after being 3 hours late or had no openings. Frank's Mr Plumber was the FIRST company that could squeeze us in. The entire staff was incredibly professional, friendly and compassionate. The weekday rates were also great. I highly recommend calling them if you have any plumbing issues.

Id like to take a minute to thank Gavin Lynch for his expertise and great service. I had a issue with a water heater, not only did he help me with the current issue he also addressed future issues and remediation. I highly recommend !!

Excellent service. The furnace installers, Danny, Gavin and Bryan were friendly, informative and cleaned up everything before they left each day. They answered all the questions we had with patience and knowledge. We have used Franks for all our plumbing and heating needs and will continue to do so. Best company to do business with!

Ed called ahead to let me know he was on the way, showed up promptly, and was very impressive with both his knowledge of the work to be done, and his knowledge of plumbing in general. It was helpful that he researched the history of work at the property address, so he was prepared to offer some very helpful suggestions, and alternatives for consideration to the Repair work that needs to be done. Very congenial and very helpful. I would heartily recommend Ed’s expertise and participation, and will certainly reach out to Frank’s Plumbing for future work.

The following is a review of the plumbing work that Shane Foster performed at our home on May 14, 2025. Shane installed a backflow preventer and expansion tank in our water supply lines to comply with local ordinances, And installed two bidet seats with additional shut off valves to facilitate their operation. He was punctual, courteous, very knowledgeable, and professional in his work. He left the area clean and well maintained, And gave us some useful advice on using the products that he had installed. I would certainly be glad to work with him again, and can recommend his services.
I Also need to update this review to include the excellent sidewalk repair that Dan, Leo, and Edwin performed after the Sewer repairs were completed. They poured a good, thick slab to replace what had been taken out to perform the sewer repair, traveled it out level, gave it a good “broom finish “to minimize slipping, And cut in an expansion joint to help prevent cracking later on. I’ve included a couple photos to illustrate the work performed. I would certainly request this crew again for any future work.

Called due to some drain blockages and was helped out by Joel. He was super friendly and kind and was extremely clear with pricing and communication. He did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased with the service he provided. Highly recommend giving them a call, and if the rest of the team are as great as Joel, you'll be in good hands.
