Crew showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem and were done in about an hour . Price was VERY reasonable ! Wife kidded they were young guys and still had training wheels on their bikes but they were personable and professional ! Well done from a person whose father was a master plumber in the twin cities and wrote many of the codes in Norrh Tonawanda.

Professional and prompt. Owen showed up and took care of problem, in and out in 25 minutes. Reasonable price and keep doing business with the local guys in your community.

I recently had them about my water tank. They took the time and effort to find out what was wrong. They even called the company on it several times and was put on hold for over half hr several times. Called me back at night to tell me results. Hard working, very reliable.

I had an issue where a bathroom sink drain was draining slowly I took apart trap and then discovered that the drain was corroded and couldn't get it to not leak. They came over on short notice and fit me into their schedule. Chris replaced the drain and made sure the sink worked. Discovered that drain was still not working and he took care of that issue hopefully for good.

Outstanding from start to finish. Chris was very professional and the pricing was reasonable....will be using them again.

I was referred to Mark's through a family friend. We had to have something taken care of immediately and they changed their entire schedule to help us. They did a great job. The workers were very polite and professional. I would and will highly recommend them. Thank you!!!

Had a kitchen sink drain leak in the wall. I was given a quote over the phone. The plumbers came fixed the problem.Not only were they on time , they put covers on boots. Redid all the drain pipes under the double sink, ran new drain pipe to basement and connected to main drain pipe. The work looks good, and the price was less then the quote, That's right less then the quote . Who does that........Marks is my new " I got a Guy " when someone asks me do you know a plumber. (6) stars.

I can not say enough good things about these people. I'e had bad experiences with other plumbers, but the workers are knowledgable, friendly, neat, and efficient. And the prices are much better than other companies in the area. I'm a repeat customer, and I highly recommend them!

Very pleased. Quick response on time. Came in got the job done. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a few estimates and Mark's was the only one who didn't try and make more out of the job. I will call Mark's whenever I need a plumber.

Mark’s plumbing has been a life saver! We have had a hot water tank and a sewer problem that flooded our basement on two separate occasions. Both times someone was sent out immediately to handle the situation and it was taken care of same day. Everyone is always so friendly and professional! I couldn’t recommend this company more!!

While passing through Tonawanda by boat we experienced a minor plumbing issue. 5 minutes after calling Mark’s Plumbing a fellow delivered exactly the parts we needed. Fantastic service. I would give 6 stars if I could…

Fast, reliable, affordable service. My basement drain clogged and I was unable to clear it on my own using a manual snake. This happened once before last summer and I made the mistake of calling Roto Rooter who charged an exorbitant amount of money for 20 minutes of work. I decided to go with the local service this time around and was pleasantly surprised when their invoice amounted to significantly lower than Roto Rooter for the same labor. The drain flows beautiful now and should be good for a while. Will definitely be calling Mark's for my future plumbing needs.

This company is Awesome. Chris and Owen were Professional and also did such a great job with our bathroom. They added new faucets and plumbing.

Mark’s Plumbing is a triple AAA. Company. My entire supply line from the street to the basement had multiple leaks in it. In one day the line was pressure tested leaks were detected and the 3/4” copper water line was replaced. Cameron was a pleasure to work with. Mary in the office was great with keeping me posted. My Wife and I would recommend this company.

I had a sewer backup in the crawl space of my home. Mark’s plumbing came the same day I called. Unfortunately it was a big problem as the tree root infestation damaged the pipes from my home to the main sewer. Within days I had a date when the crew would be here to fix my problem. The crew was very professional and friendly and answered every question and concern I had. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again.

Marks was a life saver! Had water leaking from tub area into basement, they came quickly and identified the problem just as quickly! The prices were reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. After having been ripped off by trusting the “professionals” I was quite refreshed to deal with a family business who wants to get the job done and not steal your money and do less!!

Like much of WNY today, I woke up to a basement full of water. Mark’s Plumbing came highly recommended by my neighbors. I called at 8:20am, fully expecting them to be flooded with calls already (and they were) but the receptionist said they would definitely get to my house at some point today. To my surprise, one of the guys called just an hour later. They pumped all of the water out of my basement and replaced the sump pump (with a 3 year warranty!) + check valve in just 2 hours. Both employees were extremely polite, informative, and professional. The total cost was very reasonable. I recommend Mark’s and I will definitely be using them in the future!
