I had a great experience with the Eric R. who came out for an estimate. He was extremely honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and what the best options were.

We just had two jobs completed by Franks basement systems. Both were completed in a timely fashion.
The last job with Mike and Adam was great. They got right to work, kept the job site is clean as possible, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We are very happy to have the job completed and the house get back to normal.

We had our sump pump replaced by Frank’s Basement Systems, the service technician Josh Farnsworth did an outstanding job not just replacing the pump but ensuring our back pump was functioning correctly and that there were no water recycling issues.

We were having an issue with some cracks in our foundation that required some i-beams to be installed. We were so impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team that was used for our project. Anthony L., Dan B, Steven R. And Joshua F. They were in and out very quick and we hardly even knew they were here.

We were also impressed by how the plumbing was handled. There was a utility sink that needed to be moved for our project. Zack and Dan came and removed the sink from the wall the day before and then 2 days later came back and reinstalled the utility sink in less than an hour.

Could not reccomend franks basement systems enough! And will for sure be using them for any future projects!

We had Erik Arneth from Frank's basement systems come inspect our basement. He was incredibly knowledgeable explaining the potential issues and solutions to fix the small water issue we had. He was so thorough examining everything in the interior and exterior of the house.

Frank's was recommended to me by a friend who used them and he was right!

From my designer Rick, to the installation crew, Anthony, Dan, and Steven, and even the office staff who made sure everything was in order before the team got started. From the beginning, this company's representatives were professional, courteous, and friendly. Donnie was our first contact. He was wonderful.
The inside contact, Harley made sure every step was communicated.
The hard labor workers, Anthony, Dan, and Steven did impeccable work. I hope this company has Chiropractor and Massage Therapy included in their hard labor workers benefits. Those men were TALL and have to hunch over the whole time. Never complained. Anthony went above and beyond to stay in contact with me after hours

Antonio, Dylan,Jonathan,and KC came to our home to repair a crack in our basement wall. They were knowledeable, friendly and explained what they were going to do. They kept the area secured with drop cloths and did a professional job! It looks great and they even washed the floor on their way out the door.! I would highly recommend them!

Bill did a great installation job here in Brighton NY- was very responsive for all our questions, and did everything to meet our requests in terms of equipment location and placement. Very professional, patient and also very personable :-) ! Look forward to reconnecting when he comes to do scheduled maintenance calls!

Excellent job. Anthony, Dan, and Steve were very professional when coming and doing work. They finished early and everything looked good. Made sure to not make a mess in my house which I very much appreciated. Extremely pleased with their work and would use again if the need arose.

Erik performed annual check up in my basement. He cleaned the sump pump, checked Sedona dehumidifier and drainage.
He explained everything he did and what I should do if my water watch alarm alarmed.
He was polite, efficient and thorough.

Had a wonderful experience starting with our sales rep Joe all the way through the end of the project. Josh F, Jake, and Dylan did a wonderful job with drainage, I-beam support, and wall covering in our basement. They were great about communicating what was going on throughout the week and were super friendly and considerate. Very worth the expense to have peace of mind knowing that our foundation walls aren't going anywhere.

After living in my house for 23 years which I had built in 2001 I started noticing cracks in my my basement floor and some doors that weren't closing properly. I decided to recruit Frank's Basement Systems to determine the cause and the solution to my problem. The problem ended up being a settling footer and foundation on the south side of my house. The solution was to install eight helical piers under the footer to stabilize and end that settling. The job took a crew of three approximately 5 days to complete and the team of Scott, Manny and Rich worked hard and skillfully to complete the task. They walked me through the stages of what was going to happen and the entire team at Frank's portrayed accurately how the job would go and there was no variation from what was stated in the agreement. I would recommend and use Frank's Basement Systems again! Thanks again to Scott. Manny, Rich, Javier and Frank for excellent service.

Josh F came and gave an estimate for repairing a wall and also replaced a sump pump I was concerned about. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable (answered the many questions I had) , completed the installation of a new sump pump and set things up for the wall repair. If only all service people were so nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Well done, Josh!

Frank’s Basement is definitely on their game. Anthony and Dan fixed 7 cracks, a deteriorated corner, broke up around fifty linear feet of concrete to install a drain line then installed nine I beams in my basement in two days. There are not many two man crews who can make that happen. Clean up was spot on and great customer service! Well done gentlemen it’s truly appreciated!

Erik A. was able to fix my sump pump outdoor drainage issue within a short time. He was congenial, knowledgeable and professional and also answered all my questions related to any basement concerns. Thank you!
