The crew was nice, friendly and professional. We felt safe having them in our home. The owner was available to answer all our questions, and was also very thorough and courteous. The crew adjusted to our schedule. When a part from their supplier was not acceptable, the crew realized it and swapped it out immediately. The job was started at the time promised and completed promotly. Leone is truly a great company to work with!

Came on the same day to replace a pressure regulator that was leaking at my parent's home. Everything worked out and the issue resolved. Great service.

Service like this is hard to find anymore. I called at 10:30am about a sump pump smoking worried about a fire. By 2pm Matt removed the mess, cleaned the pit, and installed a replacement!

Pipe under driveway was clogged with years of debris. Young men from Leone worked in difficult weather to clear it. They refused to give up and we’re finally able to open it up. Very thankful for their efforts.

I called to get advice on my thermostat not working. The person who I talked with was very helpful, in guiding me to solve my problem. He was honest and did not misguide me in thinking , that an on site visit was necessary to solve the problem. Based on their integrity, I will use their service in the future for HVAC needs and refer them without hesitation to friends and family.

Andy and his team were great. Real family business! Nice to see that still exists. We used them for a larger bathroom project across multiple disciplines. They were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. We hope to use them again soon!

I called and spoke with Andy about our hot water heater and a pressure release valve. Andy talked extensively about the problem and was honest about the situation and what he thought could be done. It's unfortunate that he doesn't service out in the Bristol Hills area but he took the time to give me the advice that I needed for the job.
