I can’t say enough good things about Dave. He was able to fix right away. I have 2 more of these 90 year old radiators so I’ll be calling in the summer for them to be checked over.

These guys did a great job! The location of the leak looked like it was going to be a difficult job in a tight space. They addressed and repaired the issue with the utmost confidence like the professionals they are… I’m extremely happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

The technician came right on time. He texted me before arriving and provided a phone to of himself for safety concerns. He investigated the problem with the gas boiler, explaining the issue so I could understand. He discovered the problem was with my chimney and gave me a recommendation for a chimney company.

Called at 11:00am on a Friday and Mike was here by 1:30pm. I loved that I got a text with Mike’s picture and a phone call letting me know he was on the way. I have little dogs that I need to lock away. He clearly explained exactly what needed to be done with upfront pricing. He finished the job efficiently and correctly…really appreciated it. He cleaned up when he was done. Mike was great! Keep up the fantastic work. I highly recommend Sal Manzo Plumbing.

Very personable and professional service by Mike. Arrived during the stated time period. Wore ‘booties’ when he entered the house, keeping my floors and rugs clean. No nonsense approach. He assessed the situation,offered the solution then priced it out. Gave us an estimate of the time and manpower it would take then asked when we’d like the work done. We said ASAP since it wasn’t an active leak, he could have a crew here in 3 days. We agreed and the job has been scheduled.
Part 2- 3 days later and Mike and Nick showed up on the earlier side of the promised window. Again, entered our house with the booties on. They originally said it would take about 4 hours when they came for the estimate but they wrapped it up in a little less than 2. They replaced a rusted sewer line and several feeds to it that were also rusted. We had just painted the room white and sealed the floor after some minor flooding in the basement. To look at the space, you never would have known they had been there. They had brought drop clothes with them and set those up everywhere. When they were finished, I couldn't find a single spot on the walls or the floor. Super clean workmanship. Theirs is a number we are keeping in our go to repair book. I highly recommend them. I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews. They earn them everyday.

Jason explained everything in details d with knowledge of the job to be performed. Workers did their best to return front lawn as in tact as possible after replacing sewer line from house to curb

When my condenser reached EOL in the peak of summer Manzo Plumbing responded quickly. Dave did the assessment and installation. Within a few days we had several quotes with options along with pros and cons explained both technically and in plain English. I commend Dave for his subject matter experience, professionalism, work ethics and above all patience. Debbie at the office also did a great job addressing any questions / concerns we had on available discounts, rebates, and tax credits. Thank you.

Chris came and diagnosed the problem within five minutes. He explained what needed to be done thoroughly, even spoke on the phone with my wife and gave us the exact quote what was needed. He was extremely professional, thorough, clean, and a great experience for me in dealing with the Plumbing situation. I highly recommend Chris at Manzo Plumbing. Should I ever have any other Plumbing needs? I will definitely be calling Manzo Plumbing in specifically asked for Chris!

The service I received was wonderful. I called for an estimate for a new water heater on Monday morning. Dave, who was extremely knowledgeable & friendly, was at my house that afternoon & my water heater was installed & completely by 11:30 the next morning. I have a very busy work schedule & they rearranged their schedule to accommodate my schedule. Debbie was also very kind & knowledgeable. Dave explained everything in detail & was extremely helpful. He is definitely an asset to this company. I will request him again if I need anything else. I would highly recommend their setvice.

Dave and his partner were very helpful. They explained everything I asked in simple terms and helped me understand how to prevent issues with my boiler and what to look for next time.

Had a kitchen sink drain issue. Called up and got a same day appointment. Mike M. arrived within the hour and was great. Cleared the issued quickly, and explained exactly what he was doing and why. Couldn’t be happier that I used Sal Manzo Plumbing! Highly recommend!

Dave was a great technician. Explained everything well and gave me good advice on how to proceed with my issues. Will use Sal manzo for my yearly AC and heating inspections.

This was my first time using Sal Manzo Plumbing. it was an emergency because my pipes froze because Petro took SO long to respond. Very professional! Mike never stopped moving and got the job done. He is indeed an asset to your company!! I would use Sal Manzo plumbing again and would recommend them to others.

UPDATE: It's been several years since my first review and we have used Sal Manzo many times. They've hooked up a line for my dishwasher, installed venting for my dryer, installed a tap for hose on the side of my house, and repaired a pipe I drilled into while doing home repairs. They are always efficient, friendly, and they never leave a mess. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber. Oh, and back on that burst pipe from my first review? Mike recommended an independent claims adjuster who helped me get enough back that I was able to refinish my entire basement.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Mike came to my house bright and early and assessed my leak(s). I expected he’d schedule a second appointment but instead he offered to fix everything on the spot! One hour later everything was fixed. He explained everything he was going to do, took pictures, and was lightning fast. He also alerted me that the damage I had was claimable on my insurance, something I hadn’t realized. He and Jay were knowledgeable, polite, and professional (they wore masks and booties to keep our home safe and clean). I will be using them again!

Great working with Mike, he explained in detail as to why pipes had to be replaced. He has a calming affect and with a smile.would highly reccomend.

Mike from Manzo's plumbing made a service call on a Saturday to fix a steam heat problem, he had it up and running quickly . He was straightforward,

professional, neat and polite.

Manzano Plumbing and Heating provided amazing service when out boiler did not come on and we also had a leak under our kitchen sink. I called for emergency service and Sally quickly addressed the problem and within a short time scheduled a technician to come on a Sunday morning. The company displayed such care in addressing our needs and communicated with us every step of the way. The technician, Mike, was an expert and friendly. It was evident that he was very experienced. He was patient in answering our questions annd explained everything he was doing and why (replaced parts for the boiler system, and pipe for the sink) and made it possible for us to make an informed decision regarding repair. The total bill for the two repairs was not cheap but it was totally worth it for the excellence service we received!
