I had Rob L. And Will install a new furnace. They arrived at exactly the time I was told, were friendly, professional and did an excellent job! They were patient and friendly with my dog and my toddler who got in the way a couple of times. I will always highly recommend this company for any and every heating and cooling needs!

Eric and Matt showed up on time. Both were very friendly and respectful of my house. They cleaned up after themselves and we are very pleased with their service. They answered all my questions and explained all the do’s and don’ts of my new heating and a/c unit. Highly recommend Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.! You won’t be disappointed.

Mark came out in time and gave very specific recommendations for a new furnace with suggestions for performance and efficiency improvement. The quote was fair and included additional perks other companies didn’t offer. Brian and Rob did a fantastic job with installation, arriving in time, finishing in the expected time, very clean job. Brian explained things at the end and answered my questions. Was not surprised by the quality of service given their reputation.

Crossfield recently installed a minisplit in my third floor solarium. Cody explained all of my options. Jason (master planner) also helped execute the trip up. Rob L. and Brian L. completed the installation perfectly! An exceptional job from start to finish!

Outstanding Central Air Installation Experience!
I recently had central air installed in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From the start we worked with the sales consultant, Cory McNeil. He was very knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning. He helped set up our estimate- which we were very pleased with. We agreed to the work -The technician, Rob Sandman, arrived on time and was incredibly professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the entire process, from the initial assessment to the final installation, making sure I understood what was happening at every step.
The installation itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Rob ensured that everything was set up correctly, checked all components for optimal performance, and cleaned up the area once the job was completed. It’s clear Crossfield takes pride in their work!
I also appreciated the level of customer service. The technician, Rob answered all of my questions and provided helpful tips on maintaining the system. I felt confident in their expertise and would definitely recommend Crossfield to anyone looking for high-quality central air installation.

I needed maintenance and ultimately a new furnace. The whole team I worked with, Patrick, Corey, and Brian were all great and very thorough. Everyone was easy to work with and would use again.

Our old Trane system has reached the end of it's life (38 years old) and it was time to replace it. We choose Crossfield based on reputation and neighbor recommendations. It was a GREAT choice. Isaac, Rob and Rob showed up on time and went right to work. Amazing how well they work together. Crawling through a small crawl space to run the line set was no problem. Out with the old and in with the new Trane Heat Pump, Furnace and Thermostat. Job completed in less than 8 hours, including clean up. We have a neat basement and they left no trace that they were here. Very happy with Crossfield from the original sales contact from Corey to final install. Great Job.

We were extremely pleased with the pre and post service we had with Crossfield in replacing our 30+ year old furnace. Mike and Brian answered all our questions after installation and left the house spotless!

Following a free energy audit done on our home, Crossfield prepared a detailed set of recommendations for "home energy improvements" for us to review. We approved three major upgrades including attic insulation replacement and upgrades, bathroom fan additions and basement rim joist foam insulation. The job was done in three days, on time, with excellent workmanship. Tyler and Tharon did excellent work, answered many questions without complaint and cleaned up the worksite each day. Based upon testing results after the work was complete, we expect significant utility cost savings in the years to come. Kate and Mike were both very helpful throughout the process and ran the job very professionally. We highly recommend Crossfield for home energy improvements!

Chris came out to our house to service our system. He took his time and worked diligently, which reassured us as new homeowners. We made the right decision with Crossfield !

We replaced our entire HVAC system as it was an aging system. Brian, Rob L and Rob S. were thorough and finished the installation in one day. Work areas were cleaned when finished and the installation team expertly explained the work completed along with instructions on use and routine maintenance. The team was friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Rob was very professional and courteous and did a great job installing our new split heat pump even though the weather outside was very cold and snowing. Thanks again Rob and we are already enjoying the heat . Also thank’s crossfield !

The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were as quiet as they could be and worked very well together. They were respectful of the property and all cleanup was done before they left. They explained everything to me and made sure I was aware of what was done. They were courteous and I could not have asked for a better install of a new furnace and a/c unit. Professional and knowledgeable thoughout the entire process of replacing our old Central A/C system. Corey the Sales Rep was great to communicate with and presented several options with a clear breakdown of benefits and costs of each. The install team Eric H. and Steve echoed that as well. They arrived on time, walked through our concerns with relocating our unit and they even got crafty with meeting our needs successfully.
We are loving our new A/C unit, right in time for this heat wave, and they left our home much better than they found it.

Matt arrived on time, told us exactly what he was going to do, then laid out protective carpet pads from our front door to the basement. Brian came in a separate truck; together they removed our 30 year old Trane furnace and installed a new Trane furnace, humidifier and thermostat. They worked efficiently. Before leaving, Matt reviewed the actual furnace with us, as well as the thermostat. Matt and Brian were a pleasure to work with.

On February 17 Tim Walker installed a humidifier on my furnace. Not only was he efficient, he was very friendly. By the time he left I felt like I made a new friend. He was neat and left everything clean and in its place. Kudos to Tim Walker!

We had a great experience working with Crossfield. Our furnace and heat pump needed to be replaced during the hottest days of this summer. Mark came over and explained all of our options. Once we decided to go with Crossfield, Mark dropped off window air conditioners for us (which we greatly appreciated!). It took a few weeks to get the units for installation, but it was worth it. Rob L, Mike and Brian spent the day getting everything installed and working properly. They were awesome! My husband works from home and the disruption was minimal. All three guys were friendly and worked hard to get things up and running. We have been Crossfield customers for many years and we appreciate all the hard work they provide to us.
