Leaking water shutoff valve Mormorial weekend. They told be how to solve the plumbing issue over the phone after I texted a couple of pictures of the leak.

Yuri is the man to call for all your heating and cooling needs! He is always happy to assist. Made a house call at 11pm when our air wasn’t working! Highly recommend!!

We called with an plumbing emergency. The tech had me send a few pictures so he knew the situation and confirmed he would be able to help. He was on another job when I called, but arrived 45 minutes later. He explained what he was going to do, did it and then recapped what he did and what the issue was. He explained there was no preventive things we could do and that this was a fluke thing. He was in and out within 30 minutes and was very reasonably priced

Great service. Installed a new gas hot water tank this week. Very fair price (I checked!!). On-time arrival. Great communications. ...Uri even laughed when I told him the hot water tank was “the wrong color”...

Yuri came over quick to fix/clean my boiler when I lost hot water. Did a great job! Will be using them moving forward!

Yuri was great. He answered my call on a Sunday, came out that day, reviewed the issue, explained to me the problem, did not over charge and fixed my A/C that day. Couldn't of asked for better service. Was honest and up front.

Yuri is dependable and has completed several tasks for us, including a new HE boiler installation, replacement of whole-house shut-off valve, and camera inspection of the main storm sewer and sewage lines. He stands behind his work. We highly recommended Napora for both small plumbing and large heating jobs.

Our furnace shut off, so we needed a professional. They came out same day, were very courteous and knowledgeable. Got us up and running. My husband was not home, so they could have told me I needed things I may not need. Instead they said call us if it happens again and we'll come out and replace the suspected part (before our now scheduled cleaning which is most likely the culprit) Very honest, highly recommended!

Needed to have a new kitchen faucet installed to replace a VERY OLD, leaky faucet. From my initial phone call with Yuri, until the installation with Myron, everything went well and was professional. Myron called before arriving to let me know of his expected time of arrival, he arrived on time, assessed the situation and went to work. He realized he required a special part, so he went to Home Depot to get it and returned promptly. After installing the new faucet, he showed me where an existing leak (in a pipe) persisted. He took the time to show me the issue and he explained how he could fix it on the spot... which he did. Very pleased with my experience and will use Napora for future plumbing needs.

Our AC died during the current hot and humid weather making things very uncomfortable. After calling another local company first, they advised it would be 2 weeks before they could send a technician out to even look at it.

I called Napora Heating and Cooling and Yuri came out to our place within a half hour. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue right away.

Responded quickly. Was over to the house within an hour on a Sunday night (holiday weekend to boot) and returned Monday with a new mother board to fix our furnace.. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and will definitely call Napora Heating and Cooling (also plumbing) as needed in the future!

My AC wasn't working properly so I called him on a Monday around noon and he was able to get me in by the end of that same day. I was very happy to have AC working again so quickly! You can't get same day service with the larger companies in the area. And of course he was very professional, knowledgeable and had fair pricing. Highly recommend Napora! I will be calling him for all of my heating and cooling needs moving forward.

I had a small leak in a water line. I called Yuri
and he came out the next day. He was 15 minutes early which was fine. Yuri diagnosed the problem, repaired it and even talked me through the repair. So I got my repair done and learned something at the same time. I would recommend Yuri for your plumbing needs.

No heat. Called 2 companies and was told they could get to us a week from now. Called Napora and Yuri came out same day and fixed the problem for a fraction of what we were expecting to have to pay. I can’t endorse Napora and Yuri enough!

Yuri is EXCEPTIONAL with customer service and delivery of his services. Without Napora, we would be lost. Truly the gold standard in every way! Can’t recommend enough!!!

Would highly recommend Yuri for any plumbing job you might have. He ran a gas line for a new gas range, installed the range. He updated some lines for our dishwasher, installed our new dishwasher and garbage disposal. Even ran the electric for the disposal. He is very skillful, gave a fair price, communicates well. Will definitely use him again if the need arises.

These guys are the best at what they do. Prompt, courteous, efficient, and at a fair price

Plumbing Service. Okay. I'd love to give a 1 so no one else would use them!. LOL. But truth is, they were GREAT. Was willing to come at 9PM (but I was able to shut off the main and so was okay to wait). They came the next day as they said. In fact they came earlier. They covered the emergency at no extra rate. Their prices were as good (or better) than most, and Yuri offered some information on the dishwasher hookup which was helpful even as he wasn't there for that.

Even tho it was/is clear to the both of us I have 2 other issues but for which I jury-rigged a fix, he was not at all pushy about wanting me to get him to fix them. However I will be ringing him back to do this work, plus if/when I relocate the washer/dryer upstairs he will get that work too. Thank you Yuri..
