Very pleased with the quality of service provided by United Heating.
The technician (Chris) who came to our home worked diligently to get our furnace working properly. Eventually it was determined that we needed a new furnace. United Heating worked fast to secure a new furnace for us and scheduled an install date within 2 days. Later that same day, Chris called back and said it could be done the very next day instead!
Jake and Rocco did an impeccable and very thorough job of installing our new furnace and Chris completed all the paperwork and on-line registration of our unit to guarantee its warranty and also get us a rebate from RG&E!
In summary, United Heating cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure all is well!

Been using United since 2016. They are extremely professional and very knowledgable in what they know. They always go the extra mile in explaining exactly what they are seeing and what you can expect from your HVAC in the coming years. Very friendly. Super easy to schedule seasonal inspections or emergency service calls. Reasonably priced too.

After our AC went out yesterday, we called around to a couple of places to see if anyone could help us. After receiving a quote from a different company for a whole new system this morning, Chris from United Heating and Air came over and fixed our problem in under 30 minutes. Not only did he save us from getting ripped off, but he also took the time to walk us through what was wrong and answered any questions we had. He came prepared and saved us thousands. United Heating and Air will have our business from here on out.

On January 15, 2024 United came and installed a new furnace and air conditioning system. Completed all installation by 5:30 p.m. the same day. We had 3 quotes and theirs was by far the best. Very happy with their work ,very neat and friendly. We definitely recommend them.

We had a Daikin heating and air conditioner installed at one of our rental properties this past August - late one evening in mid -November there was a strange sound coming from the unit - I was able to text the owner at United at 10:30 pm that evening and immediately schedule a repair the next day- as it turned out, it was just the fan hitting some debris and nothing needed to be replaced. Thank you United - for giving us peace of mind!

Recently had issues with a Goodman furnace. Found United Heating via an internet search for this type of furnace. Rick the owner provided me with the specifics of my furnace and arranged a prompt service call by his technician Chris. Chris is an outstanding tech and solved my problem promptly. United's pricing is very reasonable. If you want honest & prompt service, Call United!!

Our AC unit stopped working on 4th of July. We called the next morning and were able to have someone at the house that afternoon. Chris was knowledgeable and transparent. Fixed the unit on the spot for a very fair price. Highly recommend United Heating and Air!

Rick took care of us from the minute we called. He knew our pool heater was under warranty and didn’t want us to have to pay. When the other company was giving us the run around and making us wait he got it done and came the next day to fix our pool heater!! Here is a picture of our happy customer!

Had an issue with central air on one of the hottest days. Called United Heating & Air and Chris. came down within the hour. He looked over the Unit down in the basement and outside. Found the problem and was able to repair within 1 hr. He was very friendly and knolodgeble,even gave us a 10% senior discount! If you are looking for an Honest HVAC Co. they are the ones to call. This is my first experience with this business. I contacted the owner directly by phone at the end of a brutally hot day. He was done for the day but handled my call for service and said he would follow up with me the next morning. He called me promptly in the morning and the following day his Tech Chris called me as he was headed to my house. Chris knew exactly what the problem was and he was quick to complete the job. Honest , fast and dependable service ! Rick replaced my old a/c unit . Quoted me 4,500 and I paid less ! Chris & Jon are very knowledgeable! I’d give them 10 stars if I could ! Chris also found a gas leak in my basement when he cleaned my furnace. Rg&e came out and it was their gas meter that was leaking ! Great job 👏🏻

Had a recent problem where neither heat or air conditioning were working. Chris, the technician, was able to quickly determine that the problem was that the thermostat was turning on both heat and air at the same time.

I've been using United for years, and they always respond quickly to any issues. A few years ago I had no heat on a Sunday in January. Chris arrived within 2 hours and replaced the blower!

Our furnace stopped working on a Friday in the middle of the night. We called United Heating and Air LLC on Saturday morning. They promptly sent John their tech to diagnose the problem. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and easily diagnosed our problem. On Monday morning we received a call from Rick who set us up for a new furnace install on Tuesday. They kept perfect contact with us and even let us know they would be a little late due to an elderly customer furnace emergency. Chris and Pete came and removed our old broken furnace and replaced it with a new beautiful unit. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, friendliness, promptness, affordability and quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company.

Called to request a cleaning/tune-up for the AC and Furnace. We were put right on the schedule, Chris came out and was on time, quickly provided some maintenance and looked everything over. We use United when we can (Chris installed a new hot water heater a couple years ago). Always on time, polite, and fair prices. Chris is the best, we will always recommend him and United.
