Dieter Meier is very knowledgeable & personable. The crew members that pruned my tree were friendly and did a great job. I would use Bartlett service again.

Bartlett employees were prompt with their service and knowledgeable. Workers were skillful, courteous and energetic. Job site was left clean. We will definitely use Bartlett again.

Dieter with Bartlett was very responsive, professional and trustworthy. We had several large, elderly maples that needed professional pruning to save them. Dieter and his team were able to do an exceptional job - They kept me informed the whole way and even came back for additional work that was not initially completed. Dieter and Bartlett team were very professional and reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

WOW. 2 men showed up to do the tree work for us. Trees down and sawed into 18in pieces for us….even STACKED by the firepit. My huge old Maple had a haircut and looks fabulous. The front tree on our property was taken down and mulched in their big truck. The cleanup was SPECTACULAR!! You’d never even know they were here for 6 hours. Thanks so much to your guys and your company for providing EXCELLENT, professional service. See you next summer !!

Real nice when these "professionals" show up to your house to cut down a tree every single limb lands on your roof like they can't figure out how to put a rope and angle it away from the roof so a few times it almost comes through your front window upstairs and then because you forgot to move a couple of Christmas decorations in your front yard they don't even bother telling you that,t just smash them all instead of taking two seconds to move three things that were easily set in the ground. Not very professional IMO 😠😠 I don't appreciate my personal belongings being destroyed by your tree service employees.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bartlett Tree Experts. Our issues started when no one showed up for the initial estimate because the person I spoke with did not add the appointment to their calendar. I was understanding — things happen and people make mistakes!

Unfortunately, things did not improve. After signing the contract, I heard nothing from the arborist about scheduling, and I had to repeatedly call and email just to try to secure a date. Their office manager explained that their arborist was busy and would get back to me the following week. I was not contacted.

I then reached out to their office manager again and exchanged emails — she apologized for the lack of correspondence and asked me to provide a an available date. I offered not one, but two dates. On both dates I provided, not only did no one show up, but there was not even a call to communicate a need for a change in scheduling.

At this point, I’m convinced this is not a matter of human error, but incompetence and a lack of consideration for their clients who are willing to spend thousands of dollars with them.

I requested that our contract for the tree removal be canceled entirely. I still have heard nothing from their team.

I would strongly recommend you get your trees serviced by another vendor.
