Kenny worked on our shower/tub today. He came to our house a few months ago for a different repair. Kenny is friendly and through. He gave me two options to choose from and the costs of both. I was always aware of what was going on. I will continue using Jim Ando plumbing!

Also, the phone receptionist was delightful!

Our plumber Ken was terrific. Arrived promptly, explained everything, repair finished quickly and left the room cleaner than he found it!

I called on the morning of Saturday April 12th with a hot water tank issue. Jim Ando answered the phone. He was very friendly and accommodating especially for a Saturday when they work a short day . I Called at 11am . They have a very reasonable fee of $45 for the original assessment which was taken off the bill when they did the work. They did a great job of communicating. I got a text msg confirming the appointment between 2-4pm . A follow up text to say Mike Thauer would be there at noon . A tracking text on Mike’s arrival and another text saying Mike was on his way . Once booked , The job was completed from my initial phone call in 3hrs & even before the original 2-4pm time. The new water tank has a guarantee for a year & they will come to do a fee check up in a year. I didn’t have any previous experience with Jim Ando Plumbing. I googled Plumbers in Blasdell for the job . I highly recommend Jim Ando Plumbing . Mike Thauer was very fast , efficient , neat, clean & easy to communicate with. I will definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs.

Excellent service from Ando Plumbing and Ken the plumber who did the work at my home was outstanding.

Tech showed up on time. He explained everything and answered all questions. Completed all the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after. I've used Ando Plumbing multiple times, and they are always A+.

Zach was awesome! We had a burst water line (not actively leaking) and had water leaking into the basement. It must've been a quick and easy fix for him, but we are very thankful our problem is resolved. He even added a shutoff valve to help prevent our pipe freezing up again. Hopefully we don't need their service any time soon, but if we do we will be repeat customers for sure!

Had a sewer problem, I felt like they dropped what they were doing and got right over took care of my drain problems all was good , first time I had a plumber to my house, also had to come back a second time for sewer problems turned out to be a check valve that was getting stuck, the old one is original 65 years old, I felt like they did a great job, a little high on the price but happy with the results

Came in with multiple quotes, we weren't too sure with what we wanted and they were flexible. Felt honest, what more can you ask for

Kenny and Mike , and the other crew were efficient and professional.
It’s not a thing I expected, and putting the money in that issue would hopefully help the resale value of this property. I live in Clarence Center, and the trip was worth my time. It works great, and I have decided not to do the landlord/tenant thing any longer.

This was my first time using Jim Ando.
The man I spoke with on the phone was very polite and patient. He told me the procedure and what to expect.
I was able to get a same day appointment.
Communication was 10/10. All the info comes right to your email/text. Always love paperless!
Mike, the technician was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly.
Overall a great experience during a potentially stressful experience.

We are new & happy customers of Jim Ando Plumbing just this year. Technician, Mike T. came out to house initially to assess a leaking drain line. With his knowledge and experience, we determined the galvanized pipes needed to be replaced. We felt so comfortable and confident with Mike’s professional assessment and skills, we hired Ando Plumbing to remove & replace all of our galvanized supply lines/drains. It was a big job but Mike was so very detailed, organized & thorough that it put our minds at ease. Each time we reached out to the office - Kathy was so very pleasant & the owner, Jim was very responsive. Both were also so very helpful. Clearly, we highly recommend! Terrific job with a sticky, complicated, plugged, broken pipe leading to the sewer. Forty-foot long, six-foot deep trench from the end of the driveway to the street. Timely and professionally completed by Ken and Cam. Very thorough from start to finish to clean up at a reasonable price. Ken had the lead and certainly knew and knows what he's doing!

Very pleased with the work installing our new sink and replacing all the old plumbing! Gentleman who did the work was very professional and did a great job! Was also very courteous! Would highly recommend!

Called them with a terrible leaking issue and they came and finished within 2 hours. Excellent communication and they cleaned up before they left. Would call again.

Cant say enough good things about my experience with Jim Ando plumbling. Woke up to a big time back up and leak issue in my basement. I called very early this morning to get the earliest possible appointment, was told the technician would be there anywhere from 8-12. Zach arrived right at 8, extremely knowledgable and confident in fixing the issues. Also walked me through and answered all my questions with a couple other minor issues I had going on. Did great work, resecured all the lines along with my pvc piping underneath my sink, zero leaks and everything works great! Couldnt be happier with the services Zach provided, highly highly recommend Zach and Jim Ando plumbling. Thank you very much!
