Had a great experience with Imperial Heating Cooling & Electric! I needed a new thermostat, but I also wanted it relocated and a smart thermostat installed. Andrew also installed some additional ducting and a vent so I could have heat in my front entry. He responded quickly and was very communicative throughout. Work was excellent and we have been so much warmer. 😊.

One cold January morning my boiler system would not fire. After exhausting all the knowledge I had to fix the issue, I realized I needed professional help.
I called Andrew from Imperial and explained my problem. I was impressed by the way Andrew helped me to understand what I was dealing with right over the phone. Once he arrived at my home, a detailed diagnosis was performed and the problem was found.
Although we had to wait on a part to arrive, Andrew went above and beyond to safely bypass the problem component so that we could have heat!

Andrew and Imperial are top-notch. We hired them to replace the furnace and AC in our home, and the entire process took all of 2 weeks from quote to sweep-up. They installed brand new Lennox units at a great price, and did excellent work, including fixing up some things that were not in the quote along the way. Very happy with their business and my home is warm and comfortable. Excellent peace-of-mind as we head into the cold winter months.

In 48 hours contacted came out for an estimate and did the repairs at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend. Knowledgeable and professional!!
