Vincent was a very nice young man.
He assessed what was wrong and improved the exit pipe where the water empties the machine.
He also taught me the correct amount of soap to use when washing clothes.
I have been using way Too much!

Vincent immediately identified the problem, resolved the matter and tested the result three times. He was extremely knowledgeable about the range and worked quickly to complete its resolution.

Vincent is knowledgeable and walked me through the issues we were having and then made suggestions for me to maintain other appliances we have in the house.

My tech came as scheduled, he did call prior to visit to confirm exact time of arrival. He was thorough and communicative unlike Cinch who never answers questions and you never know if they will show up. The tech explained everything and shared his report that he sent regarding his diagnosis of the problem. Was courteous and neat. I rembered him from servicing my washer in the past. Delighted to know you keep the knowledgeable techs and there isn't a great deal of turnover, which means your employees are happy also. It's refreshing!!!
Unfortunately Cinch & Sears have not resolved the problem since your tech's visiting now week 3 I still have no refrigerator and my husband's medicine and the 11 month old baby' s formula is still at risk. I'm extremely u happy about that!!!

Vincent is excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was quickly able to pinpoint a leak problem with our LG washing machine that no one else could figure out. Vincent did a great job repairing our Bosch dishwasher. I would highly recommend Vincent.

Advance Solutions of New York is amazing. They responded and fixed my broken washing machine within 24 hours of my initial call. What I thought was a huge problem, they were able to fix in 20 minutes. Vincent knew exactly what the problem was, what parts were needed, and how to fix it. It was clear that he was an expert. I will always use Advance Solutions for my appliance repairs.

For those interested...THE PROBLEM
I (unintentionally) broke my washing machine after washing a pillow in it. (Pillow ripped - stuffing got stuck all over machine) This happened to me 8 years ago when someone put a string mop in my washer. The technician that came out then said my machine couldn't be fixed and I had to get a new one. I wasn't thrilled.

Naturally, I expected similar response this time. But nope. Vin fixed it with expert knowledge, with super quick turn around time.

My fridge was broken and under warranty so I called Advanced Appliance to get it fixed. My technician Javier arrived on time and my fridge was repaired within 20 minutes.

Quick and efficient. Technician Vincent knew what the problem most likely was before he came to repair. Brought the needed piece with him and fixed the issue with our dryer in about a half hour! Great service

Vincent was great. Knew exactly what to do and did it - diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Vincent is a great guy. And Advanced is very responsive. A+ experience.

Advance Appliance was wonderful to deal with. They provided an appointment for a technician to come to my house on a day that worked for my schedule, and kept in constant contact with me thru the day to update his arrival time. The technician they provided was terrific! Friendly, polite, very knowledgeable and experienced.

After searching and getting stood up for the past year on getting my kitchen hood range fixed, I finally found an honest and professional company that got the job done! Vincent knew right off the bat what the problem was once I contacted the company and got it done in a short period of time. He was also able to get two appliances done for me in one visit which included my wall oven as well. Communication is something that a lot of companies lack these days, advance appliance notified me of every step from signing documents to parts ordering to time of arrival of technician. I am extremely greatful for having to come across Advance appliance. I would recommend them to everyone… they are simply the best!!!

Rich was the Appliance Specialist who serviced my stove. He was both on point, clear and very informative on the goings on of my Appliance. It was also refreshing to watch his operation to ensure my safety.
Definitely recommend this company.

The tech (Winston) was very knowledgeable. He provided feedback about my issue with microwave oven combo to Electrolux and they sent the required part in couple weeks. As soon part arrived Winston came and replaced it. So far so good.

Communication with the company and the technician was very clear and timely.
I did not have a problem, making an appointment around my schedule within a reasonable amount of time. I’m saving a lot of money by not having to get my Viking Stove replaced after 15 years.

Orlando was professional and courteous! He fixed our microwave quickly and he kept the area very neat.

Vincent was a pleasure to deal with. He came and knew exactly what was wrong with my freezer in minutes. Off he went to order the part. That took an age to come in but I know that wasn’t his fault. He came back as soon as the part was in hand and fixed the freezer in less than 30 minutes. A true gem!

Even though I didn’t meet Vincent I could tell what kind of guy he was.

Scheduling an appointment is very easy. I was kept up-to-date about the arrival time and reminders were very helpful. Carlos texted me when he was on the way. He arrived within the timeframe expected. He was courteous and addressed my problem promptly. I would definitely recommend advance appliance.

Marc was in and out in under 10 minutes. We had to wait about 2 weeks for the appointment and it was well worth it! The fridge started getting cold again while he was still here. Timer needed replacement. SO happy as we'd been not able to use it for around 2 & a half weeks total. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Professional, yet a rare and joyful kind I wish would be more common in other businesses.
