Was having gas issues with my oven that many other technicians couldn't solve. Josh came in and was able to fix it right away. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

My refrigerator was not cooling at all. I called Appliance Doctor and Joshua came on that same day. Very nice man. After checking the refrigerator he knew what had happened. He explained everything in detail. Did not take long. The parts that I needed was ordered and he came back in a couple of days. Installed the parts pretty quick! Very professional. Very nice and friendly guy! That's a plus! Answered questions I had about the fridge.
I was very happy and satisfied with the job he did.
So happy I called the Appliance Doctor. Would recommend them!

I had Appliance Doctor come to diagnose a problem I have with my Bosch Oven. The problem went away by simply turning off and on the circuit breaker during the diagnostic; should have tried that before calling (next time...). Anyway, I do not mind paying for the mandatory diagnostic / visit fee, which is certainly reasonable. However, they ended up charged my credit card with an additional $95 of minimum labor. As I did not authorize the actual fix, nor was it communicated to me during the visit, I was able to working with Customer Service to have the minimum labor refunded. The customer service team is very helpful. Thanks!

Anthony Rodriguez was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem I was having with my ice maker and fixed that with no problem. I mentioned a problem with my washing machine, he was sure he could fix it and he did. He was a pleasure to work with as well as being knowledgeable. I would definitely use appliance doctor again.

Anthony was awesome. He called ahead, was on time, explained everything he was doing for the repair and answered all of my questions. He was also friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was a great experience. I will definitely use Appliance Doctor again if I need appliance repairs.

I’ve had plenty maintenance and repairmen in my time, but no one (not Appliance Dr or Sears or anyone), has ever provided such excellent and thorough service.
Daryl found and fixed each and every problem.
He scrubbed every filter and removable part clean, then patiently taught me how to care for the appliances myself. He watched to make sure I did things right, explained why it was important to do them, and when they should be done.
No repairman has ever been so knowledgeable or taken that kind of time.

Mike from Appliance Doctor, Yonkers did such a great job repairing my washing machine and dryer. He was a real pleasure to work with as well. I would highly recommend both Mike and Appliance Doctor, Yonkers.

From the person that made the appointment and then confirmed to the service person, From the first visit to the second visit, every interaction was excellent, kind, professional … pleasant. I was thankful, I must ask forgiveness for forgetting the names, but I can assure you that I had excellent service from the gal who called to the gentleman that came.
