Give me the more one star, cause I have to rate them. I called this morning. They gave me a 4 o’clock appointment. They charge me $300 for the Service of snow removal. The Man told me he would try to get here earlier. I’ve been calling him since 2 o’clock with no response is 514 and no one come, and I explained to him that I was snow Bound with a senior citizen, mother who, unfortunately had no groceries in the house. It is really irresponsible for someone to have a business and not communicate whether they’re coming or not. It has been a horrible experience.
