In my estimate, Flotechs is a very professional, well run plumbing operation. I hired them to replace a broken sump pump. Josh responded promptely to my initial inquiry, showed up when he said he would to give a estimate, and provided a thorough, informative recommendation for how to fix the problem. The guy he sent to do the job also showed up when expected, did good work, and followed up with me after the job was done to check that all was working properly. The price I paid seemed fair and everyone I worked with seemed very knowledgable. Would defintely recommend and would rehire for future work.

Would definitely recommend Flotechs to everyone! Had a clogged bathroom sink (old pipes) and the tech got it working right away. Called on a Monday and it was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. The tech was honest, friendly, and respectful. I've been considering switching to tankless water heaters but dreaded finding a trust worthy company.... i think i found one!

Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, methodical and kind. Jonnie found and fixed a leak causing severe damage to our living room floor in no time at all. We met with one plumber before FloTechs, and the experience was as different as night and day. First plumber couldn't find the leak and said we needed to open the bathroom floor, bathroom wall and a downstairs wall to find and repair the leak. We met with Flotechs for a second opinion before tearing up our house. FloTechs called to discuss my issue, then sent email updates to let us know who would be coming. It was all extremely professional and transparent. Jonnie’s knowledge and professionalism immediately put us at ease. He thoroughly checked and eliminated all possible sources- taking care to explain his reasons and teaching me a lot about my home. He then checked a suspicious radiator valve the other plumber refused to even consider, and in doing so- found the leak and repaired it in 20 minutes. Jonnie was extremely patient and kind, answering all of my remedial questions and ultimately teaching me how my home functions. I recommend FloTechs in the most enthusiastic terms possible.

I am completely happy with the work Flotechs did for us, which was buying and installing a new water heater. Josh, the person answering my call to the office was pleasant and efficient, as were the two guys who came to my house, Jose and Joey, to do the physical work. The three have become our plumbers of choice from now on.

Professional company and staff. They send an email with the pic and short description of the plumbers who are being sent to the job site - your home/business. all paperwork, building permits done And submitted quickly, they answer your questions, emails and calls, keep you updated on everything. They make you feel like a truly valued client. The work was done very well and in a timely fashion, we are more than happy with everything. We will use them again for the next project. We were given a 5-star service, we are rating them with 5 stars!

Flotech's crew was profesional, timely and very helpfull. Both owners Josh and Jose were awesome to work with. They gave me a great price and their work was really good. Completely satisfied with their work. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Flotechs are the real deal. Professional service at reasonable rates. Hired twice. Both times they arrived on schedule, were very thorough and provided suggestions throughout the process. Will definitely hire them again.

Our water heater died in the morning and by the afternoon Dave and Joey had installed the new one, restoring hot water to the house.
We can’t speak more highly about Dave and Joey. They were friendly, trustworthy, professional and left our house spotless.

From 2017 to 2019 Few handy men to plumbers came and got paid to fix my chronic water leak issue, which was damaging the surrounding walls. Leak Problem never got solved. Didn’t know where to turn to??

Finally through a family member I reached out to Flotech plumbing & Heating. I send some pictures of the leaking site to Josh form Flotech, as he requested. He checked them and send two of his highly knowledgeable and skilled guys,

They arrived on time. Entered my house with pleasant attitude and with a shoe cover - to my surprise.

They both maintained a high level of professionalism from the beginning till the end of the working hours.

I am really satisfied of the excellent job Dave provided at my house. Josh and his team were prompt scheduling an appointment and Dave was on schedule. After checking with me the source of the leak he was able to find where it was coming from. He also was able to replace the bleeders on the radiators for all of the house to prevent future leaks. Looking forward to getting more information on the maintenance package.

The technicians who came to us were capable and cordial. I was contacted 15 minutes before they arrived. The problem was quickly diagnosed. I needed to order a new faucet and Dave suggested a Delta. The technicians returned a day after it was delivered. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Flotechs replaced our boiler in 2019. It was a big job with replacement of steam and hot water boilers with a condensing boiler, removal of steam radiators, extension of the hydronic baseboards and replacement of the water heater with an indirect unit. All was done on schedule and in a professional manner. Two heating seasons later everything is still working perfectly. Flotechs also did a smaller job for us, removing a leaky garbage disposal, and again did a great job. The plumbers are courteous and leave a clean worksite. I would say no job is too big or small for Flotechs and I recommend them.

2nd Use: I called Flotech again for another quick piping fixes and I called at 2pm on July 3rd and I had a plumber at my place by 4pm and the work was complete by 5pm. They are incredible, very friendly and do high quality work.

1st Use:I used Flotechs Plumbing to fix some piping in our one bathroom. The plumber was great and had everything complete in under 2 hrs. On top of that, he was very friendly and explained everything throughout the entire process. I definitely will be using them again in the future.

We've had Flotechs re-run piping, install a new dryer vent, install hose bibs, unclog sewage and then some. This wasn't done in one shot and yet every interaction with them has been consistently excellent. They're prompt, ensure you understand what's being done every step of the way and don't try to upsell. We've been fortunate to work with them from the outset of our home ownership and will continue to do so for years to come.

They did a beautiful job replacing some hot water radiator equipment in my garage. Very handsome craftsmanship. They are polite, responsive and give you just what you want, instead of some up-sell. Their prices are fair. They cleaned the garage floor with a detergent before leaving. Glad to have these guys as my plumbers.

Once again this team came through and assisted greatly. The third time using this company. Chris was great and Mary was able to facilitate all that was required to set this up, in less than 24 hours.

Flotech installed a utility sink. Josh thoughtfully assessed the plumbing and came up with a smart, efficient plan. Dave the plumber did excellent clean work. Timely, kind, and efficient, I can’t recommend them enough.

Very professional company. My family and friends have been using Flotechs since there start. Very responsive to the initial call, great turn around service, great punctuality, and especially an amazing crew of Master Mechanics that are kind, courteous, explain the problems in detail, and are very neat in the house. Flotechs Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing the water heater at my store as well as replacing faucet and drain handles. While at the site, they also did an excellent job cleaning out the grease trap.
They are very dependable and professional.

I called Flowtechs Plumbing early in the morning because of a potential gas leak around our dryer. Johnnie arrived a few hours later and immediately assessed the situation, confirmed no gas leak from the line and then recommended replacing the vent hose given the very poor condition of the current one.

We then took Johnnie through the house to discuss other plumbing issues we had including fixing a leaky tub faucet and a toilet that was not flushing to full capacity.

Johnnie was an incredible technician with the ultimate customer service attitude. He took the time to explain situations, recommendations and listened patiently to our questions before answering them. I have never had such a positive experience with plumbing professionals.

This experience has made us permanent Flowtech customers for as long as we live in the area.
