We previously had issues with our 5 ton roof mounted air conditioning and heating unit where other companies would repair it only to breakdown again every few months. Don’t Hire Them! Save yourself the money and aggravation!!! Came, and Pretended to do maintenance! According to the Super, they are no longer permitted in our Coop!!!

Made an HVAC appointment the week prior for the following Wednesday. Was told that was not good so adjusted my schedule for Tuesday 9am. Was called that Monday to confirm as I did then called again 15minutes later saying the technician will not be available at all Tuesday. Very upset with this lack of professionalism. Didn’t help this week was a heat wave.
