Installed a new system quickly and very clear when showing all options. Install went well with a minor issue with a smart Thermostat requiring an additional visit, but was quickly resolved. Highly recommend for your HVAC needs! Front office staff is also super responsive and pleasant. Thank you all for getting our air conditioning up and running at a great price!

Tony was extremely efficient. He placed a new exterior outlet in no time. He also got our generator up and running and explained how it is maintained. He was very respectful and courteous.

Technician was prompt for service appointment. He quickly diagnosed issue. Unfortunately part was not available leaving unit functional but not at full service. Part arrived and installed in less than fifteen minutes about a week later. Unit now fully operational.

Jermaine and AJ installed a 4-ton system in my home. They were unusually patient with my suggestion for adjusting the location of this large unit, and they made it happen even though this created a delay in finishing on schedule. And when a bad circuit breaker created a start-up problem, Jermaine called in Tyler and they found and resolved the issue. I very much appreciated them training me to use the new thermostat.

Required 2 visits from 2 different techs to fix a relatively minor problem but they were courteous in their care, fair in their pricing, and ultimately right in their diagnosis. Problem solved. The unit is 27 yrs old and Sandhills has kept it going. For that alone they’ve earned 5 stars!

The 2 electricians who came to do the work did an outstanding job. They both were courteous and professional. They were respectful of keeping our house clean while working and followed safety procedures. The office staff was also friendly, helpful, and efficient, always taking our multiple calls quickly and making requested updates to our work order. The pricing was fair and competitive. I am very happy with the finished work and I highly recommend their services.

Sandhills Heating came Out to try and repair my HVAC. After their explaining worked involved and cost I decided to get a new unit. Jose came out and after explaining all the different units and the benefits of them I made my selection and Jose walked me through the process very quickly and efficiently, and was very helpful with through the whole problem excellent personnel and an excellent company

Amazing service! I had another company come out and told.me the compressor was bad. They came out and looked at the simple things first. Come to find out the downstairs thermostat was bad and they just put in the old one..no extra charge. Gave me advice on replacement thermostats. If I could give 6 stars I would!!
