Thomas Plumbing rocks! Shane was awesome. He came out to the house quickly after we put in the request for our leaking toilet, leaking kitchen sink, and broken off bathtub handle. Super courteous, explained everything really well, and was a great guy. The prices were super fair. I will definitely only ever call Thomas Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!

Excellent service. Had a provider at my home for a non emergency issue, within 3 hrs. Provided excellent service and explanation of issues and solutions. Wore protective shoe coverings and kept the space clean. Would recommend.

Landon was great. Quick service, good communication, no guessing. Arrived at very start of projected time range. He did some troubleshooting and found the issue quickly. Experts cost money, but will get it right the first time. Will use their services again.

I received awesome service by Shane Tyson today. He repaired my pipe leak in reasonable time. He explained what the problem was and how he would be repairing the problem. He is very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. If I have any more problems I know who to call!

I've used them twice. First job was patching a small leak in my main line. The second job was replacing my old outdoor faucets. AMAZING job every time. Tim Presley and Eric are awesome! They really level with you on quotes and estimates. They care about educating you in your plumbing and providing realistic solutions. They really care about giving you a good deal and great service, and not just going after your wallet.

Tim was our technician and he was fantastic. He arrived ahead of schedule and surveyed the issue and then explained what he needed to do. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up behind himself. Any time I have a plumbing issue I call 📱 Thomas plumbing

Professional, prompt, friendly, and A+++++ customer service. A++++++ technical service too. We've had 2 plumbing issues each in a separate facility, and they came out and took care of both in one weekend. Despite an overloaded schedule. I appreciate Thomas because they are friendly and they let you know what is going on in a very respectful and transparent way. They have my business from now on!

The service was excellent and professional. The individual, to my regret I can not remember his name, my apologizes, called and stated he was coming our way, we had a window of time and he arrived only a couple of minutes after the window opened. The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to what was wrong, and what I had done to try and resolve the issue. He then looked at the garbage disposal and stated he would give us three courses of action. In five minutes returned with the 3 options, we decided and he went right to work. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He showed us where out disposal had failed and why. He cleaned up after himself and and double checked for leaks. I am beyond pleased and highly recommend Thomas Plumbing for your needs.

We just noticed a leak in the basement. I opened up a ticket with Thomas Plumbing online and within 30 minutes i got a phonecall to schedule and within the hour they were at the house fixing the leak. I always have great response times from Thomas Plumbing and everyone is so respectful and professional.

10/10 will use again!

We had our 2-1/2 year old water heater flushed and serviced with new heating elements and thermostats. We always call Thomas Plumbing to take care of our plumbing needs. I have used Thomas Plumbing several times and they are top-notch! They were able to get me scheduled on a Saturday at the last minute for an emergency issue where my sewer line had an obstruction/clog. Plumber Michael Long came and he was very kind and also extremely knowledgeable about my issue and how to rectify the problem. He explained everything to me in simple terms and was able to find the clog via a camera inspection and clear it. I highly recommend Michael as well as the entire Thomas Plumbing team!

Well i needed them again and they were prompt and did an inspection of my plumbing under my house. I have copper pipes , which are 1977 old. They found a leak and fixed it. How wonderful to never worry about my plumbing they are 24/7. They take pics and show you before they do anything . Again i am 75 years old and i like dependable. The prices are great, which dealing with them is win win.Was at my house from 1pm to 4:30pm.

I had 2 very nice plumbers that worked on my toilet. They explained to me in depth what they where going to be doing, explained to me their prices and what each price range dealt with. They showed me a little damage that they noticed and explained to me how it could be fixed. Overall im very happy with my service. So to the 2 guys who did me a service. Ty!

I cannot recommend Thomas Plumbing highly enough, especially Michael Long and his exceptional team. We were dealing with a major issue—a leaking main water line, compromised by persistent tree roots.

Michael and his crew were out immediately on a Monday to handle the emergency repair. They were professional, courteous, and fixed the immediate leak with precision.

What truly sets them apart is their proactive, honest advice. Knowing our main water line was 31 years old, they quickly provided a detailed and very fair estimate just two days later to replace the aging infrastructure (approximately 80 feet of blackroll and 4 feet of Quest pipe from the house to the meter). This replacement was crucial to prevent future, more costly problems.
