We hired Jason Finnegan to build a new two tiered deck (designed by an architect) and are pleased to recommend he and his crew for a deck remodel job. Jason followed our contract efficiently by communicating with me throughout the project. He consulted the architect when necessary and completed the remodel ahead of schedule. Hie crew of carpenters were conscientious about maintaining the integrity of the site and left our backyard clean of debris everyday.

We hired Jason to finish our third floor, build a deck in our backyard and improve drainage. He and his crew did a great job! Jason is a hardworking guy, very thorough and comes with ideas and solutions to what ever help you need. We highly recommend him and would use Jason again to do our next renovation project.

Jason at Precision Renovations did a fantastic job remodeling my entire home! It was a project months in planning, and after receiving a couple of bids, I decided to go with Precision Renovations. We touched almost every surface and added an additional bathroom. Jason helped me bring my vision to life and was great to work with- So patient - despite my many requests! All the work was done up to code and without short cuts. Jason made sure to pull all permits and to have inspections completed and signed off by the city.

EXCELLENT! We are very happy we chose Precision Renovations for our deck. Jason listened to what we wanted for our deck extension and Reno - and came up with a great design to incorporate our new hot tub. He readily addressed questions we had, ensured materials were here ahead of being needed, addressed all of our questions quickly, and his entire staff was clean and professional. Jason recently added a front porch to our house. We planned to add a porch for several years but we knew it would be complicated given the design of the front of our house. We wanted to be sure it integrated well with the house while also being a functional space. Jason not only designed a porch that looks like it was part of the original house, he also gave us several simple and inexpensive ideas to even more fully integrate the new space with the existing house . The work was excellent quality, and Jason kept us well informed throughout the process. We use the space on a daily basis and it is perfect for our needs.

Jason helped us after a car crashed through our place of business. He and his team were a great help, communicating throughout the challenging process of working with another contractor, dealing with delays beyond his and our control, accepting deliveries of equipment and fixtures... he took a lot of the headache out of an already emotional situation. He was helpful, kind, understanding when we were low on bandwith, and finished in a timely fashion. Would utilize Jason again and again.

Precision Renovations did a great job on my deck. Jason was very responsive & professional. Reasonable price and quality work with quality materials. He was very knowledgeable about permit process & took care of the permit & inspection process. The deck looks like it was built with the house. He answered every question & the tell tale sign of a great contractor, he came back after the project was done & paid for to complete a small change I requested. Honestly, not sure if I’ll use any other contractor from here on out.

Jason and team installed a new patio door on the second floor. Jason was responsive and professional and his crew was great. We were pleased with all aspects of the work… courteous, professional, prompt, and accurate and will use them on future projects.

Precision Renovations removed and installed our new sliding glass door. Jason was awesome to deal with and well above industry standard with communications. A+ for that. We used Jason, the owner of Precision Renovations, for several jobs. He fixed some siding, installed a door and then we used him to resand, refinish and repair our hardwood floors. The process took much longer and was poorly done. We decided to just live with it and move on. However, a few months later the floors he repaired started warping in a tent like fashion. We contacted him to help remediate the problem. He never even came by to look at it. We sent him pictures and he said it was due to the humidity of the summer. The truth is he never acclimated the wood before install. After that he completely stopped answering any texts at all. We had also asked him to redo the siding repair he did as it didn’t hold up and started to rot due to a bond he put on it. We were never rude or forceful and truly believed when we hired his company that he would be a person of his word. It is very disappointing that he decided helping us with something he did wrong wasn’t worth the effort. Despite believing he was a person character- he showed he couldn’t be trusted. Besides that his work was suboptimal. Every person we have had out to estimate the job he created has mentioned how poorly done it all was. We would not recommend him.
