Called Chris 6 pm Wednesday June19 and he answered the phone and came right over. Chris removed the air conditioning fan motor and will replace it tomorrow. The company that I have regular maintenance performed on our units recorded message stated they were booked out on service issues thru the week. Great service and looking to have air conditioning tomorrow

I called Chris to repair my heat on my hvac system. He showed up with in a hour of calling him at 7:00 p.m. He needed to get a part to fix it. The next morning he got the part fixed it and had my heat back on. I can't say enough about CMG. Chris is very professional and stands behind his work.

Our heat is back! We called Chris and he was able to quickly replace a couple of bad parts in our HVAC unit to get our heat going. The price was significantly lower than an estimate we had from another local company that we have used in the past. No sales pressure, just described the problem and answered any questions that we had. Would definitely hire again in the future.

Agree with other reviews here... after several outrageous quotes for a TXV replacement from other companies, Chris quoted over 3 times less and delivered fantastic service!... He uses the latest technology and was responsive, professional, prompt, and personable. The repair was perfect... I won't look elsewhere from now on.

I can't say enough about Chris, the owner of the company with respect to helping us with an outside Carrier HVAC for our downstairs. He came out immediately after I contacted him last Sunday when he evaluated the overall unit (e.g., gas pressure, temperatures, general condition of the unit and its parts) and diagnosed the problem to be the draft inducing motor. He indicated it was the loudest noise he had ever heard! It was so violent, in fact, that I had to previously prop the Carrier gas pack unit with cardboard baffles to dampen the excessive noise. It still was LOUD regardless! He mentioned that his fee for coming out to diagnose the problem would be applied to the part/repair if I chose to do so. We made arrangements for the work which he was able to promptly do without any issues. He was able to clean out the side of the unit in which the motor sat, adjust the gas pressure, and securely install (with silicone) the draft inducing motor, which was the original manufacturer piece as opposed to the breaking down Packard unit sitting there. He was very kind, professional, took his shoes off when coming into our house, and was very polite throughout the repair process. His cost was extremely reasonable and well deserved. However, I can't pay him enough for his honesty--it is priceless. I highly recommend Chris to service your HVAC needs. In fact, I will be reaching out to him in April to maintain our A/C unit and maintain our upstairs furnace.

Huge thanks to CMG Heating & Air, LLC for getting our 1st floor heater going, on the eve of this impending winter storm. He was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem. Then, took time afterward, to explain what he did, offering future maintenance tips. CMG is definitely our go-to HVAC company to work with, along with most of our subdivision. Highly recommended!
