I am a huge fan of John Ferraro of North Carolina Heating & Cooling and everything he does. He is professional and committed to doing the job correctly and on time.

The drain pipes in my HVAC system got clogged up and the system would shut down to prevent overflowing of water. The pipes itself have been hard to access. NCHC have saved the day by not just cleaning up the system but replacing some pvc pipes, installing new P-trap and making it more accessible for future maintenance. Thank you!

Very quick response, I had 2 others companies that couldn’t figure out why my AC doesn’t switch to cooling. Gerard and Mo the technicians very polite, explained all the options. Price was very good as well. We will use NCHC in the future and also for our maintenance.
