C Breeze has taken great care of our HVAC systems for many years. Their communication is unmatched in our experience. We have complete trust in their advice. They've gone above and beyond - recently helping us fix a problem created by another contractor who forgot to put an air register back after water damage repair - including some serious investigation work to figure out where it was supposed to be. They've been patient and kind about dumb stuff like me tripping an emergency shutoff I didn't know was there. They recently installed smart thermostats for us. Their advice is always reasonable and we never feel like we're being "upsold" like we have experienced with other companies. We actually look forward to our maintenance visits because they're just great people. Love C Breeze.

Sad to say Kenny and his team used to be great but the quality of their work has changed. The office staff does not return calls so you even know if they have you on the list for repairs. I'm sure they are just too busy this time of year and hope they can find help.
