Our heating and AC is fairly new, but we recently decided to sign up for a maintenance and check-up contract and we are very glad we did. Josh from Total Heating and Cooling was very professional in his work and knowledgeable in answering all our questions. It gives us peace of mind to know that our heating system is in good shape, now that the cold season is setting in.

The best service available!!! The owner personally came to our home to repair our generator (after hours)! Honest, dependable, and they deliver on their promises. We continue to recommend them to ALL our family and friends.

Total Heating and Cooling did a great job installing our new HVAC unit for the first floor of our home. We’ll have them back again when the time comes for installing a similar unit for the upstairs. Highly recommend!

Rarely do service people exceed expectations, but this has been our experience with Total Heating & Cooling. They installed the system in our new home in Julian, and also have serviced our rental properties in Burlington. We are thankful to have found reliable, competent, and exceptionally nice people!

Lucky for us that we have not had any problems with our hvac system because it is relatively new. Regardless of this, the technician did a very thorough inspection of the system. I received a call the day before to remind me of the inspection, and then he called the day of the inspection to let me know when he was coming. Very good experience

I just wanted to thank Tim Jacobs for helping me last Saturday morning over the phone to get my gas furnace up and running. I woke up Saturday morning with no heat and requested emergency help from your company. Tim called very quickly and had a few suggestions as to what might be the problem. One of them I was able to try myself and that got me up and running. I am so thankful for Tim and his expertise and great customer service skills. Much appreciated !!

We use total heating and cooling for our home and for our rental properties. It never fails that most issues occur on a Sunday or after hours. They always respond and are very thorough with their explanation. Stacy Richburg has been amazing with me and tenants to help us trouble shoot to save on paying for a visit. Many times tenants are able to resolve their own problems with her help. I appreciate that they aren’t out to take your money but to actually help and educate you on how it all works.

I have depended on Total Heating & Cooling for all my heat pump needs since moving to the area. They have installed a new Trane heat pump, serviced the old one until replaced and maintained the new one. As my luck goes, any issues happened at night, the weekend or on a holiday. Made no difference to them - they came and resolved it practically immediately. I would never even consider calling anyone else for a heating/cooling need. They are simply the best and truly appreciate their customers!

Total Heating & Cooling is staffed by professionals that are knowledgeable and communicate well. They arrive on time, and communicate costs in advance. They do excellent work, and clean up when the job is done. I highly recommend them.

Taylor was great to work with. Found the problem in no time, let me know that it would be expensive to repair. He was polite and honest. I will definitely use Total Heating and Cooling in the future for my HVAC / AC needs.

We have been extremely pleased with this company. They helped us solve complex heating and cooling problems in our 80yr old home by designing, installing and maintaining our system. The servicemen explain what they are doing and have been very respectful of COVID requirements.

I used Total Heat and Air as my Heating/ Air Contractor to install my heating/ air conditioning in my new house when it was built. I have also kept them as my contractor ever since because of their professionalism and quality of their work. Everyone I have dealt with at Total Heat and Air has been very nice and highly professional. Recommend them highly.

Total Heating and Cooling provides attentive and very responsive service. They care about their customers. They will walk you through your problem to see if it can be solved before making a trip to your home. They will also recommend services that they see that need repair not provided by their company. It is truly hard to find good service and Total Heating and Cooling is one company to keep! I certainly recommend you give them a try.

Scott was quick to reply and deliver a very detailed quote. He took the time to listen and offer the best options for what I needed.

Our 18 year old units were beginning to fail and it was getting hot and humid; not a good combination. A friend referred us to Total Heating and Cooling saying they had been very satisfied with the service they received from them. They serviced two units successfully but the downstairs unit was beyond hope. We got several quotes and ending up purchasing a new Trane heating and cooling system from them. The install was scheduled and the system was up and running when they said it would be. They made financing a snap and everything went as smooth as silk. It was just about the easiest transaction I've ever done. Our house is cool and comfortable thanks to their help. We are very satisfied and heartily recommend them if you are in need of service or a new system.

We have been 10 years with Total. They do twice per year maintenance and we've never had any problems. Appointments kept punctually. Over the phone troubleshooting resolved my error adjusting the smart thermostat!

Total Heating and Cooling are excellent technicians and have great customer service. Lighting took out our whole new system, and they provided quick and sound resolutions and timely quotes for out insurance. Had us up and running in a few days.
