Our air conditioning was not working. We called Scott’s Comfort Systems and they sent a young man as soon as he was available. He was knowledgeable, polite and honest. We would not hesitate to contact them again for service.

Impressive!! Called because our AC stopped cooling the house on the hottest day, of course. Jason came out within a few hours and fixed it! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated how he took his time to explain what he was doing, what the issue was and to show us how everything worked. He had it up and running again within minutes. It was so hot it took several hours for the house to finally cool back down, but he explained the process and what to expect. He was spot on! Our house is now as cool as ever. We highly recommend Scott Comfort Systems! Thank you, Jason!

Hey Folks this is going to be a long one, so strap in.

My first interaction with Scott Comfort Systems began on the telephone with the lovely, polite and kind Lynnelle. Shortly after our conversation, Scott called to let me know he was on the way. He drove up, asked where the HVAC was and went to work assessing the problem. Once done, he rang the doorbell and the first thing I noticed was the orange plastic shoe covers he wore. I immediately thought to myself, that’s a real sign of respect for my home. I appreciated it so much that in my head, Scott’s company was my choice. But of course I had to get other estimates.

Scott sat down and explained the choices his company offered and didn’t treat me like an idiot when I needed something explained. He was just kind, professional and compassionate. The next thing he did was really not common but oh so special; he offered to put an air conditioner in the window for as long as I needed it, whether I chose his company or not. I told him I would make a decision later in the day and would call.

So the other contractors came and gave their assessments and pricing and then I made my decision to chose Scott Comfort Systems. Mind you, he wasn’t the lowest price, but his customer service was outstanding and the fact that he presented choices and he could get the job done the next day, made all the difference to me.

Another thing, the gentlemen that work with him showed me the same respect and consideration.

So, if you need anything HVAC related, SCOTT COMFORT SYSTEMS is a fantastic choice.

The experience I had with Scott Comfort Systems is second to none. Recently, my AC unit went out in the middle of a heat wave. Knowing that it needed to be replaced I was a new customer blindly calling several HVAC companies for quotes to replace my unit and found SCS online. I called Scott’s and they had someone out to assess and quote the job the same day and had my unit replaced the following day. SCS had great prices and excellent customer service. I could not have asked for anything more.

May 11, 2023 I had my spring cleaning and check up on my AC/heating unit. I’ve been using Scott comfort systems for many years and wouldn’t consider any other. Jason the owner is a great guy and very trustworthy. Today Matt one of his service technicians came out, and he was very professional, on time, polite, and did a fantastic job! Love these guys!

We trust Scott Comfort Systems to take care of the 15 HVAC units at Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church. Every member of their team is courteous and they respond quickly when an unit is down.

We had our upstairs hvac replaced two years ago by Scott. The air handler and outside heat pump.
Last week our upstairs unit was running all the time but produced cool air. I turned it off and called Scott . They came out right away and diagnosed two problems. Our air handler since the original install was not jumpered correctly . We learned that heat elements were never being used so when the system called for,aux heat, no heat coils were passing warm air.
Additionally, the heat pump was failing which was the reason we had cool air blowing when normal heat pump heating was called for. This was a failure of the expansion valve . The technician picked up an expansion valve and returned the next day and got everything running.

We really appreciated the diligence of the two technicians that worked together to get us runn8 g right. We also appreciate the honesty of the techs who basically told us that our air handler was not wired correctly when it was installed.
This is a good company . Trustworthy and knowledgeable people.
Since our system was still under a two year warrant, we were not charged. The techs worked hard on our warranty job and we will use Scott in the future for regular maintenance and service on both our units.

Scott Comfort Systems is a pleasure to work with, they always show up in a timely manner and do a great job explaining everything. Brandon has always been a pleasure to work with and has helped inquiring minds learn a little more about the HVAC system inside their home.

I called at 7:30 am, the tech arrived at 11 and was finished with my ac running in less than one hour. He was courteous and the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

I called Scotts for a second opinion after being quoted 10k for a new system because my heat exchanger had a "hairline crack". I couldn't see the crack in their photos but assured me we had one.
Scotts not only explained to me that our system was fine, they showed me what my system would do if we had had an exchanger issue. It is an older system but it still sounded fishy.
thank goodness I called them.
He cleaned a few parts on my system got everything running and firing top notch again.
I wont use anyone but Scotts.

I was referred to Scott Comfort Systems by a friend. I am so glad she let me know about this company. Ms. Lynelle was very responsive and kind when I called. She had Brandon out to my house within 4ish hours. Brandon checked the system and replaced the contactor with 2ish hours. By the end of the day, my heat was back on. Everyone was polite and very patient as I was sick at the time of the call. Thank you so much for the quick service!

Scott Comfort is the best I’ve ever had for A/C issues … I’m sure for heat too if needed. Very responsive! My aging a/c unit stopped working during the summer months … of course, and yes, on a weekend too. Jason responded quickly to my call. Once inspected, talked thru issue/s and cost. Definitely NOT pushy. Reasonable pricing. I replaced my downstairs a/c , gas heat system… we discussed a repair but due to age, I chose to replace. They handled the paperwork for warranty and stayed in contact with me through entire process, including inspection. Highly recommend!!! Extremely personable. Many thanks to his entire team. 🙂

I decided to have Jason Scott come look at my system to get his advice and to help support his newer business. I had read great reviews and when I called he responded immediately and we made an appointment. He called to let me know when he would arrive and was here prior to my appointment time! We looked at my system and he was very patient while I asked many questions. He shared several options of what I was considering doing and when we decided on what he would do, he gave me the price and I was pleased with how reasonable it was. Jason was able to set a time in just a fee days, to move my system from a closet to the attic. Again he arrived early and had called to let me know when he would arrive. He worked hard, patiently answering my questions along the way. He completed the job that took a little longer than he thought, but made sure all was working right. My system works great and when I had one concern about a week later, he came later that day to check on it for me! Every time I call, Jason responds with wonderful customer service and is ready to help fix any issue. I have been extremely pleased with Jason’s work and how he treats me as a valued customer!! I highly recommend this business!! You will be extremely pleased!!

I discovered my air conditioner stopped cooling at 330 pm. When I called, the young lady who answered was kind and said someone would be there soon. By 530 pm my air conditioner was up and running. I appreciated the young lady, her comments showed concern and compassion for being without air on such a hot day.

Our heating recently went out in the middle of the night leaving our home quite frigid. I called Scott Comfort Systems and the receptionist was polite and very responsive. The technician came the same day and helped us take advantage of available warranties and diagnosed and fixed our problem and had the heat back on by late afternoon the same day. The cost was very reasonable as well (probably because he managed to get our parts under warranty). I won’t use anyone else for HVAC services as long as the company’s customer service continues at the level I observed on this occasion.

Scott Comfort Systems is the most professional, thorough and reasonbly priced HVAC company we have ever been associated with, from the exceptional office management to the field technicians and Mr. Scott himself!

Scott Comfort Systems did an outstanding job for us. They were on time for the job, they left the working area clean. There were no surprises Jason kept his word on everything he had promised and more. The weather was still very hot when our air conditioner stopped working. Our air conditioning unit had to be ordered and we were going into the weekend with no air conditioning in the heat. Jason made sure we were comfortable. He bought over two window air conditioners for us so we could stay cool. We compared Scott's Comfort Systems with other companies and their price was very fair. So if you need your air or heating unit replaced or repaired call Scott Comfort Systems. You will be glad you did.

Scott Comfort Systems was easy to work with. When I made the initial call to schedule a visit for help, I was helped quickly and got something set up quickly. When the guys came out, it was more work than we'd anticipated but they helped explain it to me and walk me through what the problems were and the plan to fix them. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I just want to personally thank Scott for coming out same day and replacing our damaged coil. We had no working AC for an entire week in one of the hottest weeks of June. I had contacted multiple companies, and my original HVAC company stalled me for an entire week while they were "looking for the part". Scott came in, with the part at hand. Replaced it, cleaned up and did it all for a competitive price. I cannot ask for more and I will definitely be calling him for any of our future HVAC needs.

Rodney was excellent. did not sell me something that I did not need, and was great about explaining the situation and the recommendation. I will definitely us Comfort Systems again for any future needs.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced and we 1000% recommend Jason and his crew. They were all amazing, very helpful and on the ball. Exceptional customer service!
