I can't reccomend this company enough. When I got home from work this morning (Thanksgiving) to find that we didn't have heat, I contacted Sykes. This gentleman promptly answered, arrived, diagnosed, and came up with a solution for the problem -- all at a reasonable price.

Sykes Control Systems came over in a timely manner when my AC went out this summer when it was over 90 degrees out. They found the problem within a short amount of time and replaced my fan motor at a great cost. I started using them for my HVAC and systems maintenance as well as the price couldn’t be beat for the great service. They are better than the big brands - they give you an honest assessment, no extra fees and a great price for the service.

When our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year, we were expecting to spend several days in sweltering heat. But Heath at Sykes Control Systems responded quickly, getting us back in “the cool” quickly. Prompt, professional service…what a concept! Thanks Heath.

On Friday, November 1st, our heat stopped working on a very cold night. I called Sykes and he returned my call in a timely manner. He came immediately and fixed my issue quickly. His price was very fair and reasonable. He has a new customer and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. I called many companies that night and Sykes was the only one to respond even though they all said open 24 hours. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

In a time where you can quickly become a number to a company, Sykes showed us that there is still companies out there who will provide great service and go above and beyond!
Our AC unit is a couple months old, but over the weekend it just stopped. We reached out to the company that installed the unit and with no response we were losing hope. A very active toddler and pregnant lady do not mix being locked in a hot house! After posting on a community group asking for help; Heath responded and was able to help us that afternoon! With little knowledge of what was wrong with our unit, he gladly came over to lend a helping hand on a Sunday when he really could have just told us see you Monday during working hours.
A little bit of investigative work and he found and fixed the problem, the sound of the air clicking on after sitting in 89 degree weather is the best sound ever. We slept tight that night and even under our blankets!
Sykes just got customers on the spot because of their quick and knowledgeable service!

Over the past few days Heath worked to install two ductless mini splits to help maintain steady temperatures in our commercial kitchen and an addition to the building. He came in on the day he was scheduled and was out on time, both units look great, the install is very clean and looks as if it’s been there forever. Everything functions just as it should and there was no mess at all after he left, short of the units being installed you wouldn’t even know anyone was in the building working. Heath has also made some adjustments to our central Hvac in the past including service and duct repairs. He’s always professional to deal with and has a great reputation for doing the job right the first time!

Heath is awesome! Out of many services claiming '24 hours' service, he was the only one who picked up.

And he delivered well - the furnace issue was resolved.

I can not say enough about Heath. He is kind, professional, and quick to respond. Our gas furnace went out this past weekend and he was honest about what needed to be done and incredibly thorough in finding the issue.
