Carolina Foundation Solutions was remarkable. Ive worked and the service industry before and I have never experienced a more professional and amazing team. I called 8 other places before I called here and Miranda was kind and professional and helped me understand the ins and outs of what was to be expected. The crew was amazing and efficient and super kind and respectful.

The process and crew were outstanding. They addressed all my concerns and did a very professional job stabilizing the addition to our house. Well done Miranda, David & Team!

To start: Kerney was an amazing inspector. He was able to explain to me all the issues I had from buying an 80 year old home and why there were certain issues. It was troublesome to me seeing cracking in the foundation walls, luckily not much interior issues besides floor sloping in certain areas, while also explaining codes they didn't have in those times. He's very knowledgeable in his work. I would like to also call out Jordan and his crew, they were very professional and courteous. I thought I wouldn't be home from my vacation in time, luckily we cut it early because they needed power which needed to be ran via extension cord from inside the house. Jordan also was aware enough to remove his shoes before entering the house since he had dirt caked, and then rolled his pants to catch falling debris. Really, thank you to everybody! Fair price and all!

I am very pleased with the work done by Carolina Basement Solutions. They installed a support system for a sagging room and a vapor barrier for my crawl space, and I am very satisfied and pleased with the work done by this company. I recommend this company to anyone who has foundation issues of any sorts. They have proven to be a company that yield results.

We had Carolina Basement Solutions put piers in under our house in 2012. We called them recently to come out and check to see if we needed to have any additional structural repairs done as we have had some settling. They came out and inspected the piers from 2012 to make sure they are still sound and haven't shifted. They had not. They sent out a structural engineer to lay out a plan for giving additional support to the underside of the house - right down the middle of the house from front to back. Today, they put in those support beams and increased support to the inside of the house. They worked hard and were done in less than 7 hours!! From the people in the office, to the structural engineer, to the inspectors to the guys who did the work today - they are all very polite and very professional. They really seem to know their business! Jordan's crew was excellent today!

When we bought our house four years ago this company was hired to seal our crawl space and install a sump pump and dehumidifier- although the initial work was not stellar- the warranty process was extremely efficient! Michael in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to his standard!! He was willing to clear his schedule to make sure we were left with everything in tip top shape. Could not speak higher of the customer service!!!

I am extremely impressed with Carolina Foundation Solutions. The staff/employees are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and simply excellent! They did an exterior structural repair on my home in 2011 before I owned it. The repair has totally held up over time, and they have been extremely responsive in helping me understand the continuing warranty on that repair after I purchased the house. They also provided recent guidance on some problems I've been having with my foundation, helping me to understand the situation and the fact that right now further repair is not warranted. I totally trust everyone in this company who I've spoken with. A special shout-out for Bryan McLamb!

We had several companies give us quotes to repair the sagging floors caused by inadequate support beams that was fairly common practice when our older home was built & we chose Carolina Foundation Solutions to do the work.

We are very pleased with the service and current outcome that they delivered. Our floors feel so much more solid & are so much quieter to walk on!

Jordan and his crew arrived on time every day & texted us every morning to let us know their arrival time. Jordan was knowledgeable and very personable. Everyone on the crew was respectful, friendly, well-mannered, and just really nice guys. They were in our crawl space for 3 days, all day long, digging 19 holes (2ft x 2ft x 1ft each), filling the holes with concrete & installing a new steel support beam system... Doing much of the work in a space less than 2.5 to 3 feet high! (Thank you, guys!)

I can whole-heartedly recommend this company for crawl space foundation repair. We'll be contracting with them again soon for basement/crawl space waterproofing.

Andrew did a fantastic job explaining the entire process for remediation and encapsulation. He was so helpful with getting our account set up and keeping up with how the job was progressing. He had a very caring attitude. Also Jordan did a very good job, he also had a caring attitude and was timely and efficient with his work. Would not hesitate to use Carolina Foundation Solutions again.

Had CFS do an interior French Drain/sump pump installation at our home. Drew Nichol came out and did the inspection, and provided the quote. Inspection was very thorough. Quote was done quickly, and included good detail and photos from the inspection. Jordan Guthrie and crew did the installation, and did a good job. Jordan was sharp, and the entire crew worked hard the entire day. Finished job was neat, clean, and the installation has functioned properly.

These guys are the real deal: responsive, reliable, pleasant to work with, effective in what they do, and fairly priced! I say this after completing the last of the needed work on my home which sits on some of the worst clay-based dirt on the planet. Since 2012 (it is now 2024), they have come out a total of 5 times to install helical piers on 3 sides of my house, confirm the integrity of previously installed piers, and to install 10 jacks in my crawl space for addition support. They could have tried to sell me on all this work from the start, but their approach was to do only what is needed now so that I did not pay for something that may never be needed. These guys are exceptional in all respects!!! I would call them in again with absolutely NO hesitation. And as a bonus, the people in the office are every bit as nice and effective and the field crews.

Gary came out to look at the damage to our front porch and provide an estimate. He was so nice and professional. I truly appreciated when he not only said that they weren't the right contractor for what we needed done, but he also provided referrals and suggestions for who to call. Wow.
We appreciated his feedback and honesty so much that when we do need someone for foundation repair they will be the first call we make.

I had the fortune of working with Emily to create a bid for a home. She was the smartest, kindest, hardest working and most thorough professional I have ever met.
She presented details, offered solutions and listened with a genuine heart.
I have immense trust and respect for Emily and her whole team, and will only work with them moving forward.

Purchased a home in 2020 and was able to transfer the warranty from previous owner. Recently had an issue with sump pump. Nate (the Great) happened to be nearby and arrived literally 10 minutes after I called. He quickly replaced the pump under warranty and got me back in business. Great customer service and response! I would highly recommend CFS.

I worked with Miranda in the office to get someone to look at an issue with one of my pump shutoff units. She was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.

Just a few days later, Robert and McKinley came to the house. They were kind, knowledgeable and did a great job diagnosing and resolving the issue.

Mason R. took the time to sit down & review all my options, best strategies to proceed with repairs, and timeframe on when work needs to be down without applying pressure. We had a chimney separate from our house by a few inches. Eliot came out and explained how they would go about preventing it from moving anymore and gave me the price. He sent out a great engineer who came up with the plan. It took the crew about half a day, but the chimney is stabilized and that gives us a huge piece of mind. Five stars all around. Don't hesitate to give them a call for an estimate.

If you have foundation or crawlspace concerns this is the company to go with! Andrew came out to inspect my home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It was easy to tell he loves his job. He did not play the role of a salesman like some other companies would have. He told me what could be improved on and was very thorough with his assessment of my property. Mason Robertson came to consult on a water problem that we're having with a basement level unfinished closet. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the problem and was honest in informing me that his company could not help with the solution to this particular problem and that I would need an exterior fix. His professional assessment was appreciated and helpful in suggesting where to go next in search of a solution. Although I have not used the company, I would at least highly recommend them for the quality of their consultation.

At this point I’ve only gotten a quote. However, I wanted to leave a review pointing out the quality of Carolina Foundation Solutions. Mason Roberson came out. He was very personable and knowledgeable. After he did the inspection, he took the time to explain the findings and different options to solve the problem. His quote was fair and reasonable. Definitely recommend Carolina Foundation Solutions.

Carolina Foundation Solutions exceeded my most stringent expectations, from Gary McLamb the estimator when he arrived on short notice and provided a quotation within 24 hours to get us in under the wire of our due diligence time frame, to Miranda in scheduling who courteously answered my questions and efficiently got our project scheduled, to most importantly perhaps, Robert and his crew that did the actual work. Robert was a delight to work with. In this day and age it was so refreshing to work with Robert, who was a great communicator explaining the processes fully to me as well as patient and accommodating in answering a multitude of questions I threw out during the process. The crew was respectful and accommodating as a reflection of Robert I'm sure. Robert paid strict attention to detail and made sure that all of the project was completed as ordered and the results of their clean up was almost as they had never been there. I can wholeheartedly recommend Carolina Foundation Solutions without reservation.
