Called for an issue with my heat pump. They had a pair of technicians out, issue diagnosed, and cold air blowing out of my vents less than 90 minutes later. Third issue I've had, third issue they've quickly resolved.

I am truly impressed by Richard, the owner of AirRich Heating and Cooling. As a business owner, I have relied on AirRich to re-install two AC condensers and service one AC unit that would not cool. My most recent experience with the AC unit that would not cool was diagnosed by another HVAC company as a bad compressor. For those familiar with HVAC systems – it’s basically the kiss of death for an older unit ($2300 repair). Being that the HVAC in question was 12 years old, I was looking at about $5,000 to replace the entire system.

Based on previous experience, I knew that I wanted AirRich to handle the job. I called up Richard and he was able to make it out to the property on the 4th of July – yes, you read that right. We were both prepared for the worst; Richard was really there to take a look at the specifics f the job and determine the work necessary to replace the unit. Being that Richard is a true professional, and a master at his trade, he re-inspected the unit to make certain that the original diagnosis was correct. To my surprise – I got a call from him around 11:00 am that the unit was back up and running. It was a faulty start capacitor and another relatively minor issue (I don’t remember off the top of my head what the second part was). Richard could have easily made a $5,000 sale, installed a shiny new system, and I would have been none the wiser. I highly recommend AirRich to anyone looking for an honest and reliable HVAC company.

The attention to detail that was given again aftervsome more issues resurfaced was incredible. My ac system has been a very stressful problem for me and after the last visit today everything is finally in good working order. The relief of stress is worth so much and the personnel that came out were awesome.
