Very prompt service and response. I called with an issue for my Mom and the tech showed up within a few hours and had the issue resolved within an hour. Great local company to deal with.

The tech was very knowledgeable and made the best suggestions for my situation. I forgot his name. He said he was the lead tech there. He was nice and professional.

Drexel came today to install the evaporator coil. He took time to explain all that was done and was very friendly, in spite of having to work on a cool, rainy day in a cramped space. Great job! 2 thumbs up recommend.

We had a new system installed by these guys in the beginning of the year and scheduled maintenance with Jeremy today. Their prices are fair, the work is excellent, and it’s always a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend.

My ac stopped working sometime late last night. I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out myself, but was unable due to inexperience. I called this company around 10:45am on a Saturday. I got Nicole, who kindly informed me the price of a weekend diagnostic(119$). This was one of the best prices I could find.

I'm told I'll get a call from a tech, and he should be here pretty soon (under 2 hours).

I get a call from Travis, who tells me when he'll be at my house, and asked me about what I noticed going on.

Once he got here, he was amazing. He did everything in front of me, showing me exactly what he was doing and why. He explained what tools he was using as well. He went into the crawl space, and figured the drain line was clogged, which it was. He cleans it out, and gets the AC running, but said he's here already so he's going to diagnostic the rest of the system. He showed me via multimeter my capacitor was soon to go, and told me the price of a replacement, and what the issues of a low voltage capacitor, or one that dies may cause.

I opted to have the capacitor replaced, and Travis did not make me feel pressured to replace it, instead he spoke entirely factually. There was no emotion, or sales pitch behind it.

Travis replaced it, and sold me on the maintenance plan(239$ a year, 2 cleanings, 20% off on any repairs needed).

Travis is the must trustworthy AC tech I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and based on the fact that this company has a high review score, I'm inclined to believe a lot of people feel this way.

Your tech was amazing. Courtious, professional, and informative. I would like to have him back to salve all my hvac problems. Great guy.

I had Carolina Air out for a "third" opinion on dead heat pump that had just gone out of warranty. Jeremy was the only tech out of 3 companies who actually did a leak test to tell me where the refrigerant was leaking. He also did a specific test on the compressor to determine its condition. He was much more thorough than anyone else I had contacted. He also took plenty of time to explain all the details to me.

Extremely pleased with Carolina Air since they replaced my air conditioner five years ago. Their technicians are professional and timely. Recommend purchasing their ten year service plan.

After installing the breaker Cameron' made a complete dianose system test of the HVAC and thermostat to insure it was operating properly . Excellent work!

I can’t say enough great things about Carolina Air! Last summer our system gave out completely. They came out the same day I called to check it out. When they realized it needed to be replaced, the unit that was needed was not available. They found a unit and replaced it the NEXT DAY after hours. These guys finished their day of work and came to install a unit right after in the middle of North Carolina summer. Seriously - angels.

Fast forward to now - I called with some questions and once again they came the same day to check it out. (I may have gotten lucky with same day service twice, but it’s still worth a mention).

Logan was the guy who came today and answered every question I had and went above and beyond to check anything that could even possibly be related to the unit at all.

These guys really are the best.

Our unit went out late, and they sent Jeremy the next day which was Saturday. He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem very quickly and explained their maintenance program to me. He also answered all of my questions. Highly recommend.

Travis showed up bright and early on this cold morning with motor to repair our unit. Both Travis's do an awesome job and are very friendly. I like the fact that they will check everything out and make recommendations as to what we need to do. Thank you for all you do! Parts were under warranty but after replacing motor another parts was damaged when motor failed. It took about a month for part to arrive. Thank God we have heat!

Wonderful experience with Carolina Air. My AC broke and needed it to be replaced so I called a couple of company but Marty was very professional and explained to me what SEER ratings and what the house needed and calculated whether what’s needed in my house. He gave me a reasonable price for the whole system so I decided to go with them. AC system just got installed today and the workmanship is beyond excellence. Jack and Luis did a clean job of installation and clean up. The copper pipes was tucked to the roof of the crawl space. Overall experience and the way they did the job was beyond expectation. I highly recommend them to you

Very courteous and professional from beginning to the end of the job. Made sure the work was done right and asked if I had any questions. Drexel arrived on time, was very pleasant, explained what he was going to do and then carried out the review of this old system. Do to the old age of the unit and the problems he saw (and the associated cost to repair -if we could even get the parts) he did recommend a new unit. I did anticipate that response so I was not surprised; its an old unit. The A/C works but not the heat. The tech clearly explained everything. He changed my maintenance call to a service call, but should i decide to replace the unit with them, the amount I paid to the service call would be applied to the purchase. The tech cleaned everything up and contacted his service manager to come speak to me about a replacement. The service manager arrived a few hours later. This company kept me informed all the way. Drexel is an asset to Carolina Air. TY

- last night my heating system went out. Arctic plumbing was able to send sam and alex. They diagnosed the unit and came back today replaced the part. Our heat is working better than ever!

Jeremy was our tech. He was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

He showed up on time, was very professional and friendly and SUPER knowledgeable. We really enjoyed working with Jeremy and hope to see him again!

PS - best part is, he got my heat working again!!
