WE GIVE ZACK 5 OUT OF 5 STARS, but Google will not let me!! It shows up as 4 stars so let me clear that up. Zack was wonderful!! He was friendly, timely, and knowledgable. He found the issue and got our A/C running in no time!!

I hadn't heard of Raleigh Refrigeration Services until they were assigned to my HVAC claim by my home-warranty company (HWC). On a THURSDAY, the HWC said that the soonest they could have them to me was the following TUESDAY, but they'd "let the contractor know" that I was interested in having them come out earlier if something opened up. Honestly, I was skeptical about that, but whether at the behest of the HWC or on his own, Zack called me on Friday -- the very next day -- and said he could be to me within 20 minutes.

He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about his trade. Without even being asked to do so, he took his shoes off when he came into the house, which was appreciated. He also seems like the kind of skilled tradesman who doesn't mind -- even welcomes -- questions from his customers. (I like to learn how things work, so I try to ask informed questions without getting in the way or "hovering," but some contractors just don't even want you to speak to them.)

Zack also really went the extra mile to check the system and ensure that it was running at peak efficiency.

I may have become a Raleigh Refrigeration Services customer by the HWC's "luck of the draw," but Zack's expertise and kind demeanor -- not to mention fair pricing for preventative maintenance -- has ensured that I'll be their customer again by choice!

Mr.Zak went above and beyond to help me get my unit acquired and installed. He and his team worked quickly and he communicated with me frequently when I had questions. He even came back after the job was complete when I asked an additonal question.

Zack and his team, Ernest and Nidhal, installed my new HVAC system on Saturday and did a fantastic job! The guys were super professional, friendly, and respectful. I had a great experience with this company!

I got introduced to them via my home warranty company. It was a great surprise how wonderful they are considering my previous experiences with other companies. They are efficient, reasonable, and great at what they do. They would give you the advice you need and be honest about what you need. Anas came by to fix my unit and ductwork which had holes in it. Amazing! So professional and very personable. Thank you so much for your help making my system work again without any hiccups.

I am so pleased with the services performed by Raleigh Refrigeration. Honest and knowledgeable, a combination hard to find these days. I will be using this company for all my HVAC needs! Cost was for 2 services, heating and cooling service next summer.

Our upstairs AC went out during the summer heatwave. It was awful to say the least. We went through our homeowners insurance & Zach with Raleigh Refrigeration Services was assigned to us. He was AMAZING! Came immediately after the claim was filed to check on the unit. Turns out the 25year+ unit needed to be replaced. Zach turned around his portion of the claim very quickly. Once the unit arrived he and his guys had to install it in 100+ degree weather. They were so kind and friendly and really cared about us, and doing the job right. They also did a great job cleaning up every area they worked in. You wouldn’t even know they were there! Zach also informed us about a filtration system, after doing research on it we felt it was really smart to add that on & appreciate Zach for taking the time to share that with us. Our upstairs AC is working fantastic! Thank you Zach and team! I highly recommend Zach if you are having trouble with your HVAC system. He’s very professional, kind, knowledgeable and fun! I will definitely be recommending him & using him for any future needs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company… this is the one!

When our furnace died, I was recommended this company from Nextdoor when I was looking for an honest HVAC company that wouldn't try to immediately upsell me when they encountered our old furnace. RRS came out same day, within 30 minutes of speaking with them on the phone. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, answering all my questions and even showing me the exact part on our furnace that wasn't working. He found a replacement part and had it installed within a few days. I highly recommend this company for honest and good service!

The technician that came out was rude to my wife and did not repair my unit well, it was making loud noises following the repair and it’s not working at all again after a few weeks. Service contracted via First American Home Warranty.
