We had an issue with our AC so I called Boer Brothers and they had someone out at my house the next day at 8am! The technician arrived at 8am sharp (shout out to Mark for being a superstar) and was so pleasant and friendly and professional. This was my first experience with Boer Brothers but we will be using them for the rest of our services moving forward. Thank you so much Boer Brothers and Mark for helping us out.

I had a good idea of my A/C's issue already due to the symptoms but reached out to Boer for a second and professional opinion as well as potentially repair services. Called in the morning and got lucky as a tech was available later in the day. The tech called and arrived within the window block agreed on; he was thorough, polite, and knowledgeable in the description of the issue and checkout. They were able to get my A/C unit fixed and provided quotes on further replacement options. Repair costs were fair and all around I look forward to working with them in the future.

There is simply no other HVAC company I will trust! Boer brothers is my first call every time!! Michelle, dispatch manager is quick to pick up and always ready with a solution! Love the whole team!! And all they do for each and every customer!

Boer Brothers did a free “second opinion” which was much lower the original company quoted me. Kyle and Tom (two separate trips) each did an excellent job, explaining what was going on with my AC unit and how to keep an eye on it for future maintenance. Both technicians went above and beyond to answer my questions and helped me plan for how to best take care of my AC.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Scheduling was a breeze they were incredibly easy to work with and our technician,Travis, was incredibly knowledgeable efficient and great to work with. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Boer Brothers are great. Had AC outage noted late yesterday, called this am, serviceman here in early afternoon. Excellent analytics and repair completed efficiently! Air is on.....

Is it possible to give MORE STARS to Boer Brothers?!! They have been exceptional from estimate to installation. We received several estimates when we decided to replace our system. The Boer Brothers proposal was the most thorough and comprehensive, with an itemization of every element as well as different options.

Also, their response to any inquiry and service calls is timely and impeccable. Applause! Applause!

The fact is that BOER Brothers is the most honest HVAC people in the Triangle. That’s critical for the general public who don't always need new units but just repairs. Everyone else pushed something we didn't need. We also had some well-known basketball coaches in common! The technician who they sent was very professional as well.

Had an issue with my HVAC until and I was able to get a technician out there same day. Travis is the man, professional and incredibly helpful. Prices were fair and the work was solid, but Travis is what earns the 5 stars.

HUGE thank you to Tom and Boer Brothers for coming out same day to fix our AC in 90 degree weather. The cost was extremely reasonable and Tom was so thorough inspecting every aspect of the HVAC and explaining it along the way. We were quoted almost $2500 earlier today by ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham to replace multiple parts and were told it couldn’t be fixed for at least 4-5 days. Tom charged $268 and had it up and running in less than an hour. Call them, you won’t regret it!!!

I got a new AC compressor and coil from Boer. I saw them on Indy Week's best of list. The rep gave me a quote right away and the install crew was courteous and tidy.

These folks are the best in the business. We had an emergency situation where the control panel caught on fire. Boer brothers were there in no time to check it out and diagnose the problem. When I followed up to see what the status was, they dispatched Chase and Al who were in a flash to fix the problem. Thanks to Cody and Charlene, who were so responsive and accommodating, the unbearable heat of summer in an old house is no longer a problem. I will always and only use and rely on Boer Brothers. The installation was perfect. The staff is very professional, and I felt like it was personal that they wanted to make sure everything was just right.
