Danforth Construction worked with me to come up with a solution that helped resolve an issue with the City of Charlotte that kept me from having to tear down my investment properties in the Elizabeth neighborhood.

Phenomenal company and team. I recommend them to everyone I can. Smart builders who have common sense and *budgetary* sense. Might be the best builders in Charlotte.

We are a new small business to Charlotte. We needed an excellent contractor to help buildout 3000 additional square feet to an older (71 years) 7000 sq ft building
We were referred by our lawyers (Milazzo Webb Law) and our bank (NewDominion) to Danforth Construction. It was a new type of project using an old warehouse to establish an area for an art gallery, kitchen, small event space, storage and packing, finishing area, hot glass studio, sandblasting, polishing, public viewing, etc.

Working hand-in-glove with the architect (Smith Harris Design Associates) and the city approving processes, Danforth was able to build a state of the art, first of its kind (in Charlotte), hot glass studio and art gallery
The project was a challenge for the City, the architect, us and for Danforth, and to complicate matters, we were living in New Jersey and were not on site for the construction. Discussions and meetings with the various stakeholders were common. Danforth kept us informed every step of the way. The Danforth team made it all work --- The final product is quite exquisite. We are very proud of the result.
As a small business, working with professionals like Gibb Heilman, Paul Zarbatany, Robert Crawford, Christian Ortega and the rest of the Danforth team made the experience and outcome positive. They were the glue between the pieces to make it all come together. We highly recommend Danforth.

Fantastic team. Spearheaded the tenant improvement project for my new project in Southpark. Worked diligently to finish the project on budget and on time. Followed strict guidelines provided by the landlord, took all that headache off of my plate and allowed me to focus on the business itself. Personable ownership, management and supervisors, all good guys. Thankful that we went with Danforth for our buildout.

Danforth recently completed a complete renovation on an old building that we converted into a restaurant. They were the only contractor that could complete the project within our budget.
