I am never disappointed when I call Mr Sparkey. Francisco was very easy to work with. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them and then more!!! He didn’t act put out but he was very open to my inquiries. He was extremely thorough when inspecting my lighting and addressed any issues or potential problems up front. When he was done, he cleaned and vacuumed so he didn’t leave a mess and I could thoroughly enjoy my new lighting!!! Thank you Mr Sparkey and Francisco.

Thank you to Victor and Francisco. Victor was kind, listened to our concerns and came with a solution that fix our issue and provided options for us so we could afford the service. Francisco, the same. He came with Victor to help pinpoint the problem and resolve the issue. Electrical service is not cheap, and when they came, they got to work to understand our problem before even talking money. That meant a lot and made a difference. Thank you!

Jeremiah just left after installing a ceiling fan. He was kind enough to check all our ceiling fans, as well as a thorough electrical check. He is skilled - an extraordinary electrician. We are customers for life!

Christian was very helpful when we needed a step down transformer installed for our well house to have a heat source. He came out within 3 hours to diagnose the problem. After ordering the part we needed, he was back within a few days to install it. 5 stars on professionalism, work quality and consistent communication.

Drew was prompt and very professional and knowledgeable about electric codes. He performed an overall test of how my home operates and sent me an estimate of the job I had submitted. I told him I would evaluate everything and make a decision within the next two days after I had other estimates completed.

1/2 the lights in my home were not working. I called another company to come figure out the issue. The tech did nothing but said I had a surge and gave me about a 6k quote to fix the issue. Christian from Mr sparky came out ran many test and determined it was a poorly connected white wire in my main panel. He corrected it easily and I was charged about 500.00 problem solved. The other company would have changed a lot of lights and never fixed the original problem. Christian with Mr sparky and the help of his team narrowed and corrected what was a very basic fix. It would have been less money but it took him some time to diagnose the issue and I understand time is money. I’m very pleased.

Drew went thru the cost and then installed the new chandelier after he took down the old one.
Professional, takes his time and came prepared to install the fixture and put in a dimmer. Careful and interesting young man. Pleasant to have in my home-used shoe covers.

Josh and Jerry were excellent: I thought I was going to have to wait two days for a visit, but they ended up coming out that afternoon. They were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The issue was solved within an hour, and Josh provided a great deal of information on our house’s electrical system and what to expect from future inspections and upgrades. They were upfront about the potential cost and made sure I knew they had a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. I certainly plan to use their services again, should the need arise.

The tech who came to figure out my electrical issues and install an AFCI outlet, Dante, was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to figure out my power issue quickly. He was able to show me and explain all of the options I had available and the prices were fair.

Mr Sparky was great the technician was very informative and knowledgeable about his craft he took his time with the job and made sure we were satisfied with the results.
