My carpet was terrible from my three little kids being home all summer. I've used this company several times and each time they make my carpet look brand new. I appreciate their kindness and excellent work. I will keep returning to them!

We had another Carpet cleaner company cancel at the last minute. These guys stepped in and did the job in a professional manner. Very responsive and prices were similar to other companies

They also sent photos of dirt they had cleaned off the carpet which gave us peace of mind.

Communication was exceptional and our service technician, Boris, was EXTREMELY professional and considerate of the cost. He wore a mask and did a great job on our carpet! Will call again if/when needed!
Please NOTE: When giving quote, pls consider the type of carpeting on the inquiring bcuz I was charged a bit more than anticipated. In addition, consider adding a small charge when paying with debit/credit card at time of service. Minor issues but could be major issue for other customers.

Communication was great! Received a text when they were on the way, and a follow up immediately after it was completed. Boris was very informative and professional. I read the fine print of my Groupon in advance so I knew what to expect as far as extras costs...and they were still very competitive in comparison to other companies.

My carpet was extremely dirty - 2 YEAR OLD TODDLER, need I say more! Borisov did an awesome job on my carpet. Trustworthy, honest and quick. I couldn't believe it only took a little over an hour and it was so clean! The quality of his work was awesome. He's definitely now my go-to from now on!

I had purchased a groupon for their services so my expectations were low. But Boris did a fantastic job! He was very thorough and took all safety measures with the Covid outbreak. My couch smells great and looks great! Highly recommend!

After reading the reviews I pretty much knew what to expect, so purchased the carpet cleaning for 5 rooms through Groupon, even tho I only needed 3 done. Jacob arrived on time, and he explained throughly what I was getting. I did add a deep clean for my downstairs area and added for my steps to be done. Jacob worked fast & efficient and left my carpet looking brand new. I was able to pay for the additional services through cashapp which made for an easy transaction.

The cleaning was very thorough. The technician Boris was very friendly, great personality. Will definitely use Best carpet solution service again.

Normally I don't like to provide a review for the service received due to time constraints. However Bores Excell job compelled me to do so. He visited my home today 10/2023 for general cleaning for one room but end up doing the whole house. His price are reasonable fair and quality of work is epic. I strongly recommend him you don't regret getting his service.

Update Feb ‘22: Good news! We continue to use Boris at 6-month intervals to Clean & Sanitize our carpets. Today was the third time. In particular, we have found their Stain Protector to be very effective, where any carpet spills or puppy accidents easily clean up. We also had them out last year to clean our living room furniture, they did a nice job with that as well. I’ve noticed a couple of “critical reviews” on here, but they don’t align with the excellent experiences we have had - prompt, professional and high quality results. You can use them with confidence that they will show up on time, and do a great job at a fair price.

The first time we used Best Carpet Solution two years ago, we were very pleased with Boris’ work and quality. Today we had Boris in our home for total deep clean, odor guard and protectant. Joshua came to assist, and both were very professional and COVID-sensitive. Price was very fair, they did 10 rooms, stairs, and 3 significant rugs.

We have already made a pre-priced appointment 6-months from now to keep it looking great (we have two Shih-Tzu dogs in the house).

Highly recommend calling and making an appointment, you will be pleased.

I reached out to Best Carpet Solution in a panic because the carpet cleaning company I had scheduled called 20 minutes before their arrival time to cancel. I am putting my house on the market in a few days and I didn’t have any other time to schedule. Elude quickly responded to me and jumped into action. He had Jacob there and cleaning my carpets within an hour and a half. VERY IMPRESSIVE and very much appreciated. Jacob was professional and efficient with his time. My carpets look great and will impress potential buyers. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you again!
