Alex provided me with Fast, Promt & Professional service. I have my carpets cleaned on a regular basis and I was blown away by his service techniques. My guest even complimented me on how clean and new my carpets looked. He even took the time to provide me tips on maintaining my carpet. Needless to say we have a new carpet cleaner! I will never go back to my old guy.

Top Notch from beginning to end! Exceeded our expectations! Our home is older and we aren't quite ready to replace our carpets yet and really didn't expect to get a lot of the stains and wear patterns out of the carpet but he did and it looks absolutely great! We couldn't be happier with the results! He was able to get to us a little earlier than expected which worked out well for us and got right to work explaining the process. He is knowledgeable, professional and great to work with! He left everything looking fresh clean and new! We will be calling upon his Services again! Thanks for a great job!

Alex did a fantastic job on my carpet located on the second level of my home in Dallas, NC. He managed to get rid of some tough stains that were a couple of months old.When my daughter came home from her school trip she noticed her carpet looked cleaner and my mom noticed my stairs were a lot cleaner as well without asking if I had them done. My carpet was noticeably clean. My daughters room is also fresher. Thank you Alex. I will be using Carpet Plus, Charlotte in the future and I highly recommend Carpet Plus, Charlotte.

Alex did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in the rental house I was living in Huntersville. I was in a very challenging situation and had to terminate a lease early and move to Colorado. I basically was finding someone at the last minute and he was able to fit me in to the day and time I needed. He was very thorough, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond for me. In addition to doing a great job cleaning the carpets, he was able to access my house via my keypad and even turned off the power breakers for me at my request. He was quite the gentleman and he uses SquareTrade for easy credit card payments.

I would recommend Alex to anyone in the Charlotte area who wants a professional, skilled and reliable carpet cleaning company!

Alex is humble, reasonably priced, provided information about what he was going to do to the carpet in detail and made our carpet look brand new!!! 2 weeks later and it still looks FABULOUS! We can't thank him enough.

Alex is wonderful! He was super responsive and professional in communications leading up to our cleaning and was flexible when we had to change dates due to our closing moving. He cleaned a carpet, area rug and two sofas for us. Our sofa we had for 10 years looks and smells brand new. Alex with Carpets Plus demonstrated first class customer service from start to finish, as he did a tremendous job of managing expectations right out of the gate (our carpets are 20+ years old), and then proceeded to overdeliver on these expectations, as our carpets look incredible, and he has actually caused us to stick with our current carpets rather than buy new carpeting (yes, the job he did was that good!).

On top of that, he was very personable and professional and he is also very dog friendly, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional carpet cleaning at a fair and reasonable price.

I can't say enough about Alex and CarpetsPlus. We was able to schedule quickly, was on time, very professional in his work, and offered a fair price for 5 area rugs and upholstery. I hired carpet plus to shampoo three bedrooms, a hallway and the stairs in my townhome. Alex was referred to me by Alec Conrad, a loan officer, and I am so happy that he did. Alex responded to my message via facebook, scheduled my appointment and arrived on-time. He was professional, diligent and focused on tackling the job at hand. I cleared the areas of concern as requested by him and he started working almost immediately after arriving. My carpets looked so much better than I anticipated. He was very affordable. Alex is very professional, with great attention to detail. He did not rush and he is extremely careful with moving his equipment throughout your home. He even had this corner protective shield that he put on the floor of my 2nd floor to protect my furniture from the hose and drainage pipe that wrapped around as he continued up to the 3rd floor. I didn't have to ask him to be careful, he just was.
Alex will be the only person I call going forward.
