Working with Pristine has been great as a multifamily manager. Owner is very involved with his teams and always willing to go above and beyond.

Absolutely recommend this cleaning company!
They clean my store regularly, and they always do an outstanding job. Every time they come, the place looks spotless floors, windows, bathrooms, everything. They’re reliable, professional, and really pay attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy cleaning crew, this is the one to go with!

Isaiah is not to be trusted. Do not ever do service with this man or you will be sorry that you did.

We were NOT paid for our service, when we were called for an emergency job because every contractor he hired abandoned Isaiah's jobsites. We lost money doing a job as a favor, we were asked to cut corners to get it done cheap and quickly so that he could recuperate his losses after his other hires abandoned him, then after approving the work we did (which both he and the client said were fabulous) he later found every reason possible not to pay us.

Incredibly manipulative. He will find every way to make his failures your problem. He makes it impossible to work coherently with a client, constantly promising things on our behalf or misinforming who we are working with and demanding work that was never agreed to in the initial contract while witholding payment.

He works as a "project manager" while knowing nothing about construction himself. He is a middle man who promises things he cannpt acheive and costs everyone involved, both clients and contractors, more money.

Do not do any work with Isaiah.
