The owner of this company is on point, very responsive, and produces amazing work! We hired the company for a commercial office space carpet steam cleaning. We will be doing business again. Highly recommended!

The name say's it all! Charlotte Cleanpro really are pro's at what they do. As a previous ZeroRez customer I am glad I made the switch! In previous cleanings with the other guys, the carpets looked good for maybe a day or two. 3 days in and the carpets still look great! Do yourself a favor and call the professionals at Charlotte Cleanpro!

We have used Charlotte Cleanpro on many jobs and they are always prompt, very responsive, fairly priced and there hasn't been a job they haven't been able to meet or exceed our expectations on yet. If you need carpet cleaning or repair, make sure to give these guys a shot!

Had my sofa cleaned today, my service tech did a wonderful job and was very courteous and pleasant to talk with. My sofa came out better than I expected and has a wonderful fresh scent. Extremely satisfied and will call this company in the future. HIGHLY recommend. 5 stars

Very hard working, professional and polite. "Filthy" doesn't adequately describe the condition of the carpet on my stairs. It was awful. And, along with some "mystery" food and beverage stains in my children's rooms ("Mystery" because they're not supposed to have food and beverages in their rooms!), Charlotte Cleanpro had their work cut out for them. They tackled it as if it was their own, and it all came out looking just shy of brand new. I was more than pleased. THEN, I got my bill. I couldn't believe it. Quite a fair price! Thank you, Charlotte Clean Pro for a job well done!

Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship! My carpets look like new again. The cleaning process was incredibly thorough (they were even able to remove a horible wine stain) and the carpets were dry within just a few hours.

Chris did a great job on our carpets. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and will call him again when we need this service.

Chris was prompt, professional, and great to work with. I had him clean my parents place and he clean two bedrooms, living room, a hallway and was able to removed stains that been there for a while. I strongly recommend this company. The rooms smells amazing.

We had carpet cleaning done last week, which was perfect...cleaning all spots out of some older carpeting. Then today we had an "emergency" cleaning due to an accident last night. Antonio and Tim did the office carpet at IBD Outdoor Rooms today. They were very thorough and professional. I like the system they use due to the fact that it is not a high water content. The carpet looks great. Thanks to a great company.

Let me start by saying I'm a little skeptical when is comes to carpet cleaning companies, why hire when I can do it myself? Well there is no way I would've got the nasty smell and stains out of the carpet in the house I just bought. I really thought there was no hope and I would just have to bite the bullet and buy new carpet. Well Chris and Josh came out and surprised me with an amazing job! Smell is gone ! Stains are gone! All in less than 2 hours. Very respectful employees. I will never try and do my own carpets again! I paid $250 for a large 4 bedroom house but saved $3500 on new carpet!!!! Thank you !!! -Kelley

Returned my phone call promptly and was able to make an appointment within my timeframe. He was very courteous and professional. Checked the carpet before he started and asked questions about certain areas. Cleaned up after himself. Well pleased with the work that was done and would recommend this company.

Had the guys out to clean stairs, hall, bedrooms, and outdoor furniture. As always they were very professional, did an awesome job, and our carpets were dry quickly! There is no other carpet or upholstery cleaning company we will ever use...Cleanpro is the best!

This is the second time we used Charlotte Cleanpro for our carpets and Chris crushed it. We had oil stains for 4-5 years on a carpet and also water damage from a toilet overflow that messed up our carpets and there is no way you could ever tell. I honestly can’t believe how good they look and they are at least 12 years old. Get it done well. Get it done right. And best of all, no nasty chemical residue. Oh and 2 hours later they are dry!

I was very impressed with the quality of the cleaning products and equipment used by Charlotte Cleanpro. My home smells amazing (like cherries) after the cleaning and our carpeting looks so nice! I will definitely use Charlotte Cleanpro again! CCP cleaned our carpets and our upholstered couch. They arrived at our house in the morning and I was able to use our couch and walk on our carpets when I returned home from work. I didn't have to be home which made it very convenient and they periodically checked in with me to give me updates on their progress. I am very pleased with the results!

The cleaning of the the tile grout in four bathrooms at my house. The grout was very dirty and he made it white again! On his next visit he cleaned the upstairs carpet. It looks brand new! A friend even asked me if had purchased new carpet. Chris arrives on time and is patient as well as hardworking. Will gladly use Charlotte Clean Pro again!!
