We have used Adams Heating and Air for over 15 years. They service our home ACs and furnaces twice a year. Any of the techs they have sent have been courteous, knowledgeable and can fully explain their findings so I can understand them. They are realistic about whether it makes financial sense to repair or replace (a part or an entire unit), as well as about how long we can most likely wait to do a service or a repair/replace. They are able to give estimates of the cost immediately, unless the entire unit needs replacement. When a unit needs replacement, a specialist comes out to examine the house and to recommend the most efficient unit. I would most definitely recommend them.

We have relied on Adams Heating and Air for over 20 years. When I call with a problem they know who I am and they make every effort to schedule a service call promptly and at my convenience. Their employees are courteous and thorough in their work. They are careful not to soil carpets, whether they have been working in a dusty attic or muddy crawl space. When I call Adams I know I can rely on excellent service, quality work, and reasonable prices.

Adams Heating & Air installed my original unit almost 30 years ago and it is still working. So glad we took advantage of their Service Check-Up Program over the years. Their Service Technicians are always punctual and very professional. I always recommend Adams Heating and Air when new families move into our neighborhood and seeking out new systems or service on their existing.

Adams installed my heat pump several years ago and has provided very good service as needed. Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a good company with which to do business because I felt Adams provided a good product and responsive service at a competitive price.

Highly recommend Adams! They were able to come to my home quickly and were very professional on the phone & in person. Jason Corley came to my home and was in & out very quickly & knew exactly what was wrong with our humidifier. He is very knowledgeable. I was contacted later that same day with information about price and parts shipment date. Can't say enough good!

Dave from Adams has taken superb care of us! In the fall he aptly figured out that the company that had installed a new furnace had set it up wrong AND failed to register our warranty. He assisted us in getting all of it corrected. Last night when the power went out to our thermostat, he tried to triage everything possible over the phone and when that wouldn't work, arrived at our home in 30 minutes at 930pm to diagnose and fix the problem. Dave treats me like I was his (good) brother--kindly, professionally, and efficiently to put our home back in order just like he would do for his own home. Fast and friendly service with a smile--now that's what I like!

If you are reading this review you probably already know that getting a brand new A/C unit is a complex decision with a lot of variables and moving parts. What brand should I get?, what contractor should I go for? How much do I pay?

Getting the right brand is as important as the contractor that will install and support the unit in the next couple of years.

The team at Adams installed a 16 SEER TRANE unit and we couldn't be happier. Our sales/technical advisor was Forrest. He patiently worked with us to give us the best possible unit for an amazing price. He was there throughout the entire process, from sales pitch to installation and checkups after installation. TRANE units are typically more expensive than other lesser known brands but Forrest gave us a very competitive offer.

The installers were absolutely amazing too. Daniel and Rufino worked almost 10 hours to get the system up and running on the same day. My house posed a lot of challenges and they were able to work through them. They even came back after the installation to change some of the air ducts to make sure that some of the rooms were getting enough air.

The final product is great. The new A/C feels 150 times better than the older one. The system is an efficient beast. Even during 100+ degree days the house is comfortable, the system is quiet and the installation looks perfect.

At the end, I am very happy with my unit and with the service that Adams provided.

I have have used Adams Heating & Air Conditioning services for approximately six years. I was given their name by another loyal customer who used them for 28 years who was highly complimentary of them. During each of my own contacts with the support staff, technicians and representatives I have found all of them to be courteous professional and responsive to my requests and inquiries. The technicians are consistently punctual and always mindful not to wear their shoes into my home if/when they have needed to go under my house to work. They are well organized and call me promptly to remind me to schedule my twice yearly inspections and they are thorough in their performance. Their prices are competitive and I readily recommend them to anyone who owns a home. I have no reservations in recommending them.

I have been using Adams for 35 years. Upon our move a year ago, i inherited a brand new system with an extended warranty tied to another HVAC company. The shoddy repairwork and the sketchy nature of that company pushed me to call Adams to work on my system, knowing i probably wouldnt be able to use my warranty. Adams diagnosed my problem correctly and even worked with the warranty company to get it transferred so that i could use it, even though they didnt have to. The are SUCH and honest company with great technicians. I will never use anyone else. It is a shame it took another well known, yet slimy company to remind me of why ive always used them.

We have a service contract and we have had them install new AC's and Furnaces and have always been 100% pleased! Adams replaced our entire antiquated heating and cooling system, including ducting, with efficient, and quiet :) equipment. They were receptive and accommodating to our special needs during and after the installation. We have retained them for annual service and maintenance. All of Adams' technicians we have had dispatched to us have been knowledgeable and polite. Based on our experience with Adams over the past five years we can highly recommend them for all things HVAC.

The Service professional was very courteous and knowledgeable. he did not attempt to sell ANYTHING discussed preventative measure for the “future” discuss the benefits of an annual service contract with Adam. Adams is a company that you can trust!!! We had a another company come thru and stating the thermostat needed to be REPLACED because it was builder grade and 8 years old. Adams came thru and repaired with advice on how to AVOID the problem from recurring that is what you call SERVICE!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Adams!!!

During a particularly cold and snowy weekend, our heating system could not hold our desired temperature. I called Adams Heating & AC to diagnose the issue. They responded quickly and sent one of their techs, Jason, on the same day, despite a very busy weekend.

Jason was very meticulous in his inspection and diagnosis. He took the time to explain the issue, step by step. He presented all of our options and was very transparent about the pricing. Once we made a decision, Adams Heating & AC scheduled a repair appointment as soon as possible (within two days).

In the meantime, Jason went out of his way to provide a temporary solution until the repair appointment. His level of expertise and customer service made for a great experience. He definitely went above and beyond to help us.

My husband and I have been very impressed with Adams Heating and Air. We selected them to replace one of our heat pumps due to their attention to detail and competitive prices. They use top of the line equipment and bundle with a great warranty. I have been a satisfied customer of Adams for 25 years. This week ,Cory, a senior tech at Adams diagnosed a very complicated problem with my unit not getting electricity due to a faulty power switch module. I am confident that this was something the majority of HVAC techs would not have been able to fix. Thanks to Cory my issue was solved and all is well.

I highly recommend Adams Heating and Air. I had an incident one morning recently and smelled a burning coming from the vents. I called Adams, having used them one time before. They immediately sent out a technician. After the tech’s review it was decided to send out a senior tech to assess the furnace. I had two options to make a costly repair or consider a new furnace. Within days a project manager sat with me to explain, not sell me on what to consider. I opted to not only get a new furnace but an air conditioning unit as well. It was a cost savings and overall more effective to get both aging systems (13 years) replaced. The financing they provided was reasonable and doable for such a large home improvement. Special thanks to Marco Ferreria, Project Manager, Adams installers Juan and Esdras (excellent) and Eddie, senior tech. Also thank you to the office staff. Today superior customer service is lacking, but not with Adams. I appreciate the character and integrity displayed by the company and its employees.

We have used Adams for several years after running into problems with another company. Adams people have always been on time and willing to discuss our system. Even called them for information when installing a system at our beach house.

While living in London we had house sitters and had an annual contract with Adams. It was a great relief knowing that our HVAC system was being well maintained while we were gone. We always got a copy of the report so we could arrange to have any issues addressed.

Absolutely trust them. Wish we could take them with us on our next move.
